Nice location

Had easy access to ubers and about 3 to 5 minutes to Broadway. Very nice home ,view from the rooftop was of downtown.

Overall great stay. Very clean and looks exactly like the pictures. Host was great! Only complaint would be the rain roads, those trains were going by non stop.

First the good. large kitchen island, comfortable and welcoming common area and comfortable mattresses. Now, the reasons I could never recommend this place. No where to store clothing - no dressers, not even a nightstand with drawers. we lived out of a suitcase on the floor for 4 days. There were no hangers in the closets. we had to go to target to purchase hangers, hooks for two of the bathrooms (which had neither a towel rack or hooks) - how is one supposed to hang up a wet towel? and as to towels, we also purchased towels at Target as the ones provided were worn and raggedy. The bed was comfortable - but no blanket. only a sheet and a coverlet (which by the way was unwashed and stained and I had to wash it). a blanket at Target costs 20 and it would have made a difference as it was in the 20’s a couple or nights. the place was not clean to a commercially reasonable standard. we saw the cleaning people leave and they did an ok job “cleaning” between stays, but the floors were not mopped - I did not walk barefoot - socks were black from walking on the floors; dusty baseboards. the place could use a deep cleaning. Finally, it is advertised as having a “rooftop” space - but the photo in the listing is not consistent with the condition of the rooftop patio. it was dirty- and the wood dining table is so splintered and weathered, I see it as a huge liability from a safety standard.

This reservation resulted in documented guest-caused damage to the home, for which the guest was charged. Unfortunately, reviews left after damage claims can sometimes reflect that outcome rather than the overall stay. Cleanliness is extremely important to us, and the home is professionally cleaned and inspected between every reservation. No cleanliness concerns were raised during the stay, which would have allowed us to address them immediately. The guest arrived during a significant storm. As a result, the rooftop patio was impacted by weather conditions at the time of arrival. Since this stay, the rooftop table has been fully restained and the towels throughout the home have been upgraded. The home’s layout, storage options, and furnishings are accurately represented in the listing photos and description. Additional items such as extra blankets are always available upon request, and our team is highly responsive when guests reach out during their stay. We stand by the accuracy of our listing and the condition of the home, which is consistently reflected in feedback from many other guests.
