We stayed at Mimi’s hone for a month and had a wonderful experience. The location is ideal, just a short walk to town while still feeling private and removed from the crowds. The layout was perfect for our family. With three separate living areas, both the kids and adults had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the large outdoor deck became one of our favorite spits. The awning provided great shade and made it enjoyable throughout the day. The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained and stocked with everything we needed. Mimi was an outstanding host, always responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend this home and look forward to returning.

We were in town for our son's wedding and stayed at the house for 5 nights. Check in could not have been easier. The house was immaculately clean. It was in a perfect location for us to attend the wedding & activities. It was, by far, the best experience at a beach house that we have ever had. Had to reach out to the owner with a question and received a prompt answer. A tremendous experience.

A model rental

My husband and our children and granddaughter stayed for the weekend at this wonderful home. It was one of the cleanest homes we've ever rented and so well appointed. There was plenty of space to spread out and sit with a book or cup of coffee but also good space for all of us to gather. The kitchen was stocked with anything we could need and the two porches gave us lovely outside space. The owner has put much thought into what renters would like and it truly shows.

Our first time in Avalon and had a wonderful time! Perfect house for 8 adults - 2 sets of parents and 4 young adults. Sitting areas on each level to give everyone some space. Impeccably clean. The extra refrigerator was a bonus. A quiet and relaxing area of Avalon. We drove to the beach and always found a parking spot in the first block, which came in handy when we had to leave suddenly due to a thunderstorm. 100% as advertised. Thank you, Mimi!

Perfect family weekend getaway

Mimi was so welcoming and the property was absolutely incredible. There was plenty of space for our family of 4 and would have been perfect for even a larger family. There were two great outdoor deck/patio areas and two family room areas for the kids. The house was incredibly clean and well stocked. They take pride in hosting and we couldn't be happier with our choice. It was great location, very close to the main strip. Our kids really enjoyed lounging at the house and spending time on the decks. The property was well maintained, clean and had plenty of cooking supplies. Mimi was incredibly responsive and so thoughtful. We highly recommend!
