Family Friendly 3BR Cottage w/ Amazing Outdoor Kitchen & Firepit - Dogs Welcome

Our cozy cottage is perfect for your next family vacation. During the day, relax in our large, private fenced-in backyard while the kids check out the adorable playhouse (it even has its own mailbox) or enjoy a family cookout using the outdoor kitchen which features a grill, granite countertops, a beverage fridge and a large dining table. Make memories in the evening by roasting S'mores in the firepit. And it isn't a vacation on the Cape without access to an outdoor shower to wash off after a day at the beach!

The three bedroom floorplan offer flexible sleeping arrangements with a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin-sized bunk beds in the kid's room and 2 twin beds in the third bedroom. Please note that, however, that maximum occupancy is 6. There is a large tv in the living room enabled with Roku and an HDMI cord if you prefer to hook up your own media. There are televisions mounted in two of the bedrooms as well.

The kitchen is small but is equipped with all essential appliances including a microwave, coffee maker, water kettle, blender and crockpot and a good selection of basic spices. The gas stovetop and oven make it easy to whip up a meal. The cupboards are fully stocked with utensils, dinnerware and cookware.

A stackable washer and dryer is available for your convenience.

Window ACs will cool you off in the summer (July 1- September 15).

We know that your dog is part of your family so we welcome well-behaved pups for a small additional fee - $150. Please indicate that you are traveling with a dog when you request to book.

Located in a quiet neighborhood but only a 6 minute drive to Seagull beach and close to an abundance of restaurants and family-friendly fun like miniature golf, candlepin bowling and batting cages.

Sorry, towels and linens are not included. We will be happy to direct you to where you can access them.
