We were extremely happy with our rental house. It was clean, had all the amenities we needed and comfortable beds. The location was right in the middle of the Cape and was a great home base for day trips. Our host was top notch very helpful and communicative. Would definirely recommend and stay again.

We had a lovely time in Yarmouth. The home was in a nice quiet area, and nice streets to walk our dogs. The house was well equipped with newer appliances and bathrooms were nice and modern. Convenient location, close to downtown area, and easy access to the Cape Cod rail trail bike path. Rachel was very responsive and helpful, making our stay easy and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property.

This was one of my best vacations. The house was spotless. The yard was perfect for by dog and the location of the properry couldn't have been better. Close to shops and the beach. Our host was attentive to our needs. Checked in regularly due to the inclement weather. Hoping to go back soon.

Great location and perfect for Cape stay!

Wonderful time staying at this house with a great location. Less than 10 minute drive to the beach and 5-10 minutes to every where else. Lots to do nearby and comfortable living arrangements. Will stay again!

Perfect Vacation Spot

This was the perfect place to stay located in a quiet neighborhood. The property has everything you need for your stay. We were close to beaches, shopping, golf and ice cream. We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood that made for a peaceful getaway. Rachel was absolutely great to work with — friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. This will definitely be my go-to spot for staying on the Cape!

Awesome getaway on Cape Cod

The house was clean and comfortable in a great location on the Cape, and Rachel was a wonderfully attentive and responsive host who made the check-in process a breeze and was quick to answer any questions that came up. Would book again!

Hi Deirdre, Thank you so much for staying at our property again. I am sorry to hear about your experience. Actually we do have gas line connected to the grill per the detailed instructions I sent out prior to your trip. "If you use grill you need to connect it to gas coming from the house" and other details on how to use it. Sorry if it was confusing. I hope you would give me an opportunity to serve you again in the future and I will be sure to clarify how you can use the grill. Thank you!

This house had two good-sized bedrooms. It is nestled on a quiet street. There is a nice-sized backyard. My dog thoroughly enjoyed the yard. The house had all the basic things needed to enjoy a quiet, restful vacation.

Great House! Great Host!

This house is in a great location. Very close to supermarket and restaurant but in a nice neighborhood. Nice and private yard also. The host is very quick to respond with any questions I had and very easy to communicate with. We look forward to coming back soon!

Excellent location, attentive property manager

The rental contributed to a relaxing week off. It’s near great beaches, restaurants and shopping. The house is newly renovated with a very comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchen, and our dog loved the fenced-in back yard. Property manager is quite helpful and quick to respond to questions.

Summer Weekend Away

We had a nice weekend away! Our host was super friendly and accommodating, and made sure we had all of our questions answered in a timely manner. Location was perfect— we spent one day at mayflower beach and one day at south middle beach! Check in and check out were simple and easy. One of my favorite parts of the house was the backyard patio, where I enjoyed reading my book in the morning.

We were greeted with a well-appointed, comfortable and clean home. The yard is private and designed for outside relaxation and BBQ. The neighborhood is tucked away in the trees and is perfect for morning or evening strolls. We found the home a spot on location close to beaches, restaurants and quick access to routes 6 and 28. Rachel is an accommodating and courteous host who communicated with us on a level that made us feel welcomed in their home. We'll be back again and again when we need our Cape escape.
