Situé directement sur la promenade de Hollywood Beach, à quelques pas de la plage, appartement récemment rénové avec un goût moderne et élégant pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes. Belle vue sur la promenade et l'océan depuis le salon et la chambre. Matelas en mousse à mémoire dans le lit principal et également dans les deux canapés-lits. Tous les nouveaux appareils électroménagers et les derniers équipements av. Le bâtiment est un petit bâtiment de 9 unités, le bâtiment a un espace commun avec des tables, des parasols et des chaises pour le plaisir des gens qui regardent et se rassemblent.

Beautiful Beach Condo

Could not be happier with our stay. Condo is decorated in a beautiful bright beach vibe. Condo is exactly as pictured. Extremely clean and had everything we needed for a 6 day stay. 10 stars

excellent location

Clean, spacious 1BR condo on second floor overlooking the beach/ocean. Only a few blocks from the restaurants/shops on Hollywood Beach boardwalk. Has everything needed for a stay in paradise- just bring sunblock.

Bright and Inviting

The place is very comfortable and appealing with a beach feel. It was a very well equipped kitchen. Location on the broadwalk is great with easy access to restaurants. The outdoor second floor balcony is great for people watching or just looking at the waves.

Location Location Location

I'm not sure if I could pull out a map and pick a better location. 15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale airport. Directly on the boardwalk (called the Broadwalk there). Far enough from the busiest areas so it's not crazy at night...but close enough that it's a leisurely stroll in either direction to as many little restaurants and shops as you could want. The beach is literally steps away, with a beach shower right there, and a chair and umbrella rental hut next door. The condo is nice, clean, well-appointed, and everything worked as it should. The porperty had a relaxed vibe, and the second floor location is nice as it provides a little more privacy than ground-level. The owner was very quick to respond. If you're idea of a great vacation is some beach, ocean, and people-watching, along with some funky shops and restaurants all within walking distance...you'd be hard-pressed to do better than this.

Fun Family Getaway

We travelled to Hollywood for a quick family weekend. The location was perfect, close to the action without all the noise. Open the gate and you are on the boardwalk. Then bam! On the beach! The patio was perfect to enjoy the sun and people watch. The apartment was exactly as advertised. Everything I needed for my family (grandma, me, and two kids (12,7) Kitchen was fully equipped. Plenty of towels, linens, and beach gear including sand toys. The pull out couch was big enough for 2 or 3 kids. This was our first trip to Florida and would definitely use this for our home base next time.

Perfect location and responsive owner

This was my first time renting for a trip so I was a bit hesitant. But it all worked out. The condo is as pictured and if u want to cook (we didn't), it has everything you need. The location is ideal as it's not in the busy section but just a few short blocks away. The beach in front of the condo is definitely less crowded than where the public area is or where the big hotels are, so that's a big plus. We enjoyed just people watching from the window or patio. There are beach chairs and umbrellas provided too. We had a few glitches but Michelle was very friendly and quick to respond so I would definitely rent this property again and recommend it. I would suggest more mirrors, perhaps one in the bed room. Easier for us females to get ready! Also we tried to keep the sand out of the condo but the water spigot at the beach entrance/exit didn't work and we didn't see one at the condo. That would be helpful for us renters to keep the place clean.

Excellent stay

Property was exactly how it was listed. Decor very nice and beachy. Beautiful view from the living room window. Steps to the beautiful beach.Easy walk on boardwalk to resturants and bars. Unit had beach chairs and umbrella. Nice patio furniture to sit out and people watch (jogging, rollerblading, biking, walking). The only concern would be for any individual that has stability issues, the steps to the unit are a little steep, no elevator. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Positives: -Excellent location on the Broadwalk -Plenty of restaurants to walk to and enjoy -Shared common balcony area was comfortable -Beautiful dishes, plenty of utensils -Ample storage areas for unpacking -Close to Water Taxi to Ft.Lauderdale Be Aware Of: -Light switches and some living room ceiling lights didn’t work -No dishwasher -No garbage disposal -No recycling containers on site

This property is perfectly located! Everything you want or need is within walking distance (less than 1 mile). The condo is comfortably furnished with everything you could need for your stay. We had a wonderful vacation and would book this property again in a heartbeat!

Great Location and Accommodations

Really good location - a little away from the main buzz of restaurants and bars on the Broadwalk, yet still just a few steps to the sand and maybe 100 yards to the ocean. Capping off the views from inside and the patio are the nice little extras (beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels) provided by Michelle. We took advantage of the kitchen and made several meals during our stay. This unit had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Good space for a couple - or a couple with small children. Probably would feel tight for 4 adults. Had a fantastic time and a very positive experience during our stay and look forward to absolutely returning to this property again.

Property Manager Blames Tenant For Being Unable to Open A Rusted Lock.

- Day of booking I send the property manager, Michelle, a message inquiring about availability of a pack-N-play. No response so I sent another message a week later. Finally got a response 2 days after the 2nd message. - I received no communication from Michelle that she needed to know what time we were arriving. Still, the day before our arrival I messaged her & let her know that we would be arriving in the early afternoon. No response. - Our flight was delayed 6 hours, so I messaged Michelle that we would be arriving around 8 pm. She responded "...I tried to respond yesterday but the messages were not sending. We are in N.Y. and service is really bad. YOU MAY ARRIVE AT ANY TIME YOU LIKE. I will be flying upon your arrival. The code is **. I will buy the WiFi package just in case you have an issue with the door although I think it would be fine..." - We arrive around 7:30 pm but the lock is jammed and won't open despite dozens of attempts and pushing/pulling on the door to various degrees. The code works but lock is jammed. We text/call but she is not answering. After waiting for almost an hour and with a fussing 1 year old past bedtime we decide to go to Marriott. - After we are checked-in she is able to respond in a series of texts "If you want a refund no problem. I'll rebook other guest. -- I advised I would be flying at this time. Your original arrival was at 4. -- Actually I'm going to contact VRBO bc it's not fair I lose the entire reservation over impatience. Your first text was 50 min ago and you changed your arrival time after I intentionally booked a later flight." After some arguing back and forth she says "No hand holding has every been needed. It's as simple as entering a code and giving the door a little attention. I'm blocking the door and arming the alarm." - The next morning we agree that I will try to open the lock under her coaching, still didn't work. She then gives me code for lockbox with keys inside on the back door (this info would have been nice to have in advance). I try with the key from the inside and outside of the front door and it STILL won't budge. Finally, later on, we are able to force the lock open with repeated wrenching and some WD40. The lock is SEVERELY rusted. She STILL maintains her attitude that nobody has ever had a problem with the lock and that I wasn't doing it right! - She did oblige my request for refund the 1st night but it took her 9 days and 2 requests to do it.

Perfect vacation!

Property and Michelle were great. This location is perfect! Easily walk to everything and not in the busiest area of the beach. Will definitely be back to Hollywood again!

Beautiful views

We had a wonderful stay at Michelle's condo. We were celebrating our 51st anniversary and we really picked a perfect place to do it.The condo itself was very neat and clean and the view was. to die for. Beautiful ocean views and loved people watching on the board walk. Michelle was a great host. Had a few wrinkles to iron out and she took care of them super fast. Even had a beautiful bouquet of roses on the bedside table when we arrived. Very lovely surprise. We would definitely stay here again. Location, Location, Location That's what it's all about. Thanks Michelle.

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir haben es auch diesmal sehr genossen. Die Lage ist fantastisch, direkt am Strand und alle Ausflugsziele sind super zu erreichen. Das Condo war sehr sauber. Ein paar Ecken und Kanten könnten nachgebessert werden, aber das sind kleine Mängel.

Best Beach Trip

Everything about this apartment was perfect! It was fully stocked right down to ziplock bags. The best part is the location! You literally walk out to the beach. It’s located in the perfect part of the boardwalk. It’s not busy or noisy. The pullout bed was amazing. It wasn’t a regular mattress, it was a temperpedic mattress and super comfy for our teenager. The apartment was clean and the owner was amazing to work with! We will rent again!!!!

In 2012 my mother and I bought this property after vacationing in it since the early 2000's yearly. We are locals with live and work near by and every summer we would move along with my daughter to this beach jewel and would commute and extra 20 minutes to and from work, but would come home and wake up to the most relaxing scenery that we call our condo today. Shortly after purchasing it we completely remodeled it. Every painting and piece of furniture was personally chosen from the heart by either my mom or myself in order to make this our second home. We named it Elizabeth's Hollywood Gem after my beautiful daughter who inspired us to purchase it as she has greatly enjoyed this place since birth.

We choose to purchase this property because of the charm that is Hollywood Beach. Both my mom and I have traveled to many beach towns in and outside of the US and few can compare to the vibrant charm of Hollywood Beach.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The boardwalk is directly outside the building gate and an excellent place to people watch and exercise. You can see avid runners and well as elderly people just trying to get their move on. This boardwalk can motivate just about anyone. There many bike rental locations within walking distance and the specifically designed bike path is great.
