Nestled within over 100 acres of land, our property is a sanctuary of leisure and luxury. Designed with large groups in mind, the estate boasts an expansive 6-bedroom residence with over 20 beds and spread across more than 7000 sqft. It is capable of accommodating over 30 guests comfortably.

At the heart of our outdoor oasis lies an enormous, crystal-clear pool, complete with a meandering lazy river that promises relaxation and fun. For those seeking a thrill, our water slides await to whisk you into the refreshing waters below. After your aquatic adventures, unwind in our spacious hot tub, or perfect your putt on our island putting green.

Our outdoor area offers two separate porch areas. The first is on the island in the middle of the pool. This space provides a central view of the entire lazy river and it has comfortable seating. Next is the main area that starts with the beachfront pool access and expands into the outdoor kitchen and the beautiful palapa.

In addition, our property features a range of top-tier sports facilities, including a full-size basketball court, a dual-use pickleball and tennis court, and a sand volleyball court. These amenities are designed to cater to both serious athletes and casual players, providing an ideal setting for physical activity and outdoor fun. All equipment is provided.

Gourmet Outdoor Kitchen

Our beautifully designed outdoor kitchen. Equipped with a state-of-the-art pizza oven, high-end BBQ grill, and a fully functional stove, it's a haven for food enthusiasts. Movie Theatre

In addition to our outdoor amenities, the estate boasts an impressive entertainment hub centered around a movie theatre. This cozy space is furnished with three plush couches that effortlessly transform into beds. The room also features a ping pong table and pool table for some friendly competition, a classic popcorn machine for an authentic movie-going experience, and a selection of board games to engage guests of all ages. Whether you're in the mood for a movie marathon, a game night, or just some leisurely downtime, this entertainment hub is designed to provide endless hours of fun and relaxation.
