Nice Stay, Easy Check In Process

Nice stay, little cramped for 6 fully grown adults but it is what it is. Perfect location for ski trip as it really is ski in, walk out. Very close to T-Bar which was really nice.

Great location and condo for the weekend!

We had 6 girls staying, a few from close by and a few from out of town. This was the perfect ski in ski out spot for the weekend! We could walk to town at night and ski right out the back door in the morning. We had a blast! The place was clean and easy to navigate. We will definitely be back!

A TV was sitting on the shelf but had no connection. The message was “DISH network is not available. Payment has not been made” The divider between the living space & bedroom was broken. Directions to the unit was difficult to follow requiring us to call the emergency number to get help. No other phone number for help was available as “outside of business hours”. The place was a good location, but very out dated.

Storm Meadows 435

Retreatia was great, easiest check in/out and support, super friendly and professional.The property location is amazing. We had to call maintenance due to an issue, really they need someone to go in for a day and fix up this place. Loose faucets, light fixtures in kitchen about to fall down,, shower caulking, door into bathroom rubbing up against a metal heat unit, broken towel rack, pictures resting on floor as the hanger is broken, dishwasher is not anchored so it won't shut unless you pull the whole thing out a bit etc.

Great Location needs better mattresses!

Great location for ski in/Out.. easy to come in from a green trail. The unit is little outdated but that was expected. Good responsive mngt. One thing I will complain about are the mattresses in all the rooms. They seam to be the cheapest out there, very uncomfortable one, extra soft where you feel the springs in one of them. Separate bedroom bed itself needs an actual headboard so it does not feel like you sleeping on a mattress against the wall.

It sounds like you had an overall positive experience with the location and the responsive management, which is always great to hear! But I can definitely understand how uncomfortable mattresses can be a real downside, especially after a day of skiing. That’s frustrating, especially when you’re expecting a more restful experience. Hopefully, the owner will address that soon, as a simple update to the beds could make a huge difference. Did the rest of the amenities and location make up for that? Or was it tough to enjoy the stay with that issue?
