Manatee Manor is a gorgeous five bedroom beach getaway with heated pool and hot tub that is perfect for families or friends who appreciate privacy and want to walk to the beach. Splash Harbor Water Park and many great restaurants and shops are only a quick walk. Guests that wish to travel more extensively in IRB or want a taste of local living will enjoy the six-seat, street-legal golf cart. Additionally, the house is equipped with a large dock for boat owners or adventurous paddle boarders.

Family get together

This is a wonderful home for a large family get together. Very nicely decorated with plenty of seating for all. Very nice to have the second smaller sitting area and kitchenette downstairs. Beds are comfy and the girls loved the large bunk beds. Plenty of towels both for the bathrooms and beach. Also nicely stocked with soaps and toilet paper! There was a little glitch with the air conditioning but our host Tom had someone there instantly and saved the day, thank you. The pool area is lovely esp after a long day on the beach.The golf cart is a must as parking is limited beach side and the cart has a local resident sticker on it of which we took advantage of. Close to restaurants and a grocery store is only a mile away.Thank you for lovely stay!

Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay! The children enjoyed the pool. The first day the pool temperature was pretty warm but kids did not mind. The next day the temp was cooler and felt refreshing. We enjoyed being able to cook our own meals. The golf cart was great and very helpful. We were wondering about all the remotes that were in a tray in the main living room. No instructions for what they controlled. Minor issues we had were gnats that seemed to be hanging around the garbage disposals. And the ceiling fans were pretty dusty. Over all though this is great place to stay and we would definitely stay again.

Our family regularly enjoys summers in Indian Rocks Beach. We wanted a property that our family and friends could enjoy with us. Our criteria was a large house in the middle of the best of IRB. We chose the house for its great amenties and the street for its fabulous location. It is central to all our family enjoys about island and can accommodate our family and friends easily.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Manatee Manor has a well-stocked, fully renovated kitchen and three bedrooms on the main floor. Additionally, it has a well appointed kitchenette and two bedrooms on the ground floor. This set up makes the house ideal for two families to stay together and still maintain privacy. The backyard is exceptional. The heated pool is very large and includes a hot tub. The dock is large and very convenient for boat owners or adventurous guests who want to explore using kayaks and paddle boards. The location is perfect. It is walking distance to the beach, the water park, some of IRB's best restaurants but just tucked into a private cul de sac for privacy.

The bedroom and bathroom configuration is ideal for friends and family groups. Manatee Manor has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms laid out ideally for a large group or multiple families. The kitchen and living room (with a 65" Samsung Smart TV) are upstairs. The kitchen has two sinks and a large island, ideal for breakfasts and large family meals. There is also an outdoor screened patio with a table and seating for 8, perfect for outdoor meals. There is another smart TV on the patio.

Bedroom breakdown: Master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with toilet and shower.; Second Bedroom upstairs has a king bed.; Bunk Room as a queen bed over queen bed.; The upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with toilet and shower/tub.; Downstairs bedroom 1 has one king bed.; Downstairs bedroom 2 has two queen beds. The downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with toilet and shower.
