Grand Gatherings Luxury Cabin is a spacious 3,450 sq ft large group cabin in Broken Bow, Oklahoma, designed for family vacations, reunions, and multi-family getaways. Just minutes from Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, and Hochatown, this spacious retreat sleeps up to 16 guests and offers plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy time together.

The cabin features three private king suites plus a spacious loft with five queen beds — a rare and comfortable setup for large families and groups traveling together. Whether you’re planning a family reunion, birthday getaway, holiday trip, or weekend escape, Grand Gatherings offers the space, privacy, comfort, and convenient Broken Bow location to make your group getaway memorable.

Each king suite includes a private ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Upstairs, the spacious loft offers five queen beds (two queen-over-queen bunks plus one standalone queen), creating a rare and comfortable sleeping arrangement for larger groups. With 4.5 bathrooms total, everyone has space to get ready with ease.

The outdoor experience is where this cabin truly shines. Relax in the private hot tub under the stars, gather around the firepit, enjoy the outdoor fireplace (seasonal May–September off), or watch a game on the outdoor TV. The large deck also features a gas grill, giant Connect Four, axe throwing area, and a playset for kids. A circular driveway provides ample parking for multiple vehicles, boats, and ATVs.

Grand Gatherings offers the privacy of a wooded retreat while keeping you close to hiking trails, lake days, restaurants, breweries, and local attractions. It’s the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure.

Please note: A rental agreement and refundable security deposit are required after booking confirmation.
No parties, events, or large gatherings permitted.
Fireplaces are seasonal and turned off May through September.
This is a wooded, rural area; occasional wildlife sightings are normal.

The property was absolutely dreamy! We loved every second of the stay. The house was absolutely spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the whole house was stocked with all the essentials and a few lovely extras. The house is located a bit north of the heavy tourist traffic, so you don't have to deal with that right where you are staying. Great access to restaurants, markets, and activities!It was so easy to communicate with the hosts, and you can tell they take great pride in providing a wonderful experience for their guests.

Beautiful Home away from home!

When we drove up to the cabin we fell in love immediately! The cabin had a huge front porch with giant rocking chairs and was painted a beautiful rustic blue against wood trim. Upon opening the front door were in awe with the grand high ceilings and spacious living area and kitchen. The fall decorations were warm and inviting and we immediately knew we had chose the perfect place for our long weekend! We immediately walked to the back door and fell more in love with the enormous covered back porch with a beautiful fireplace, sectional couch, 2 huge dining tables, a massive hot tub, and a very large gas grill! The fun doesn't stop there! There is a very nice kids Playset as well as multiple outdoor games for the whole family. Off to the side, a perfect distance from the main cabin was a huge firepit with large chairs fully stocked with firewood! This was a campers dream! As we made our way back in we found the 3 mastesuites with each having their own master bath with lovely walk in showers. There is also a half bath off from the main living area.The bunk room had 2 queen bunkbeds and another queen bed and also its own large bath with a tub and shower combination. The bunk room was stocked with an arcade game ( pacman) , foosball table, books, and board games. Each one of the master suites has king-size beds with very comfortable mattresses ensuring everybody slept like babies! Im a cook and have owned restaurants and I fell in love with the huge kitchen! When I tell you they thought of everything, they left nothing out! The kitchen had every type of small appliance, utensils, pots, pans dishes, gourmet coffee maker with a variety of k pods, huge gas stove/oven, and massive refrigerator freezer, and a full size dishwasher. Everyone enjoyed the huge island with about 7 or 8 chairs making this the favorite family gathering place around the kitchen. The huge living room had a very comfortable couch and chairs with plenty of warm throws to cozy up with in front of the beautiful fireplace! This cabin named appropriately GRAND GATHERINGS was perfect for our group of 13 and made it very difficult for us to want to leave! Our host, Ms. Carol was so sweet, helpful and accessible throughout the entire process from booking to checkout! You will not go wrong if you are planning a trip to Hochatown/ Broken Bow booking your stay at Grand Gatherings! We definitely will return but until then we will take with us life long and warm memories of our stay here!

Wonderful cabin!

We had the best stay at Grand Gatherings Cabin! Carol was so very responsive, the house was well-stocked, and there were tons of games for the kids which kept them entertained. The playground in the back was great and the kids loved running around outside. We spent a lot of time on the outdoor covered patio w/ the fireplace lit (which was especially nice on a very rainy, cold Saturday). Carol had s’mores supplies waiting for us and fresh firewood (with a cover, too) so we made a fire which we all loved. Every room has a TV and the beds were very comfortable, with plenty of fluffy pillows and blankets. It’s a bit North, but more private which was nice. Absolutely recommend staying here!

Peaceful!

What a hidden gem! Near Beaver Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake, and tons of outdoor activities. This luxury cabin had so much attention to details. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to many more future visits!

Great family vacation!

The property is absolutely beautiful with a good location. Plenty of room and lots of options for kids. My girls LOVED the upstairs sleep/play area. The house was set up and ready for us to start our adventure! Sheets, towels, dishes, pots and pans, it had a good start on everything we would need. Outside there were plenty of things for the kids, axe throwing, large connect 4, a tv area, and a play set. We loved our time at the property and would love to go back again! The area hosts a variety of activities for all ages. Overall an excellent vacation spot!

Family Time

We had never stayed this far north and absolutely loved it. The cabin is beautiful and very comfortable. The back patio was our favorite lazy spot. Great place to build their Lego sets and puzzles. We had a few issues with the locks but everyone was very helpful in resolving the problem. The kids loved the playground area. Really just a nice getaway and beautiful location. We will be back!!

Beautiful Cabin

I choose grand gatherings cabin to host a retreat for 14 women and the cabin was great for us! It was spacious indoor and outdoor and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had all of the small appliances/ amenities that we needed such as instant pot, crockpot, popcorn machine, keurig, which I really did not expect. This is one of the best properties that I have stayed at in a long time. I will definitely return back!!

Marvelous vacation at Broken Bow

We had an amazing stay in Broken Bow! The cabin was spacious, clean, and perfect for our group. There was plenty of bed space for everyone, and the beautiful patio was a favorite gathering spot. It rained during part of the time, but because of all the wonderful accommodations our vacation never lacked anything. We enjoyed the outdoor games, grilling, and relaxing in the peaceful surroundings. The cabin had everything we needed for a fun and comfortable vacation. Highly recommend for families and large groups!

Very nice cabin

It had everything! We did all the cooking at the cabin and loved that they had everything you needed! The grill was great as well! I do suggest having the WiFi password posted around the house bc as soon as we got there we had no signal to get on our email or online. Luckily I had saved it ahead of time. Also I am not sure if it was bc it was a lot of us or the storm but WiFi kept disconnecting on our phones a lot. Overall though we had a wonderful time and the house was great! All my family kept saying I did good on the selection of the house! Definitely will be back!
