Great Family Get Away

Wonderful house in beautiful peaceful remote setting. The property is the best we have ever stayed in. A great place to unwind with a family or large group.

Most beautiful cabin! It has everything you need, comfy beds, gorgeous rooms,pool table, outdoor decor, bbq grill, fire pit and more! I won’t book any other cabin in Broken Bow, it will always be THIS ONE!

Amazing Experience

The entire experience and stay at the cabin was nothing short of amazing! The space, amenities, the entertainment, to the spacious kitchen to the amazing views on the deck area were relaxing. Our family definitely will book again!

Family weekend

Great weekend, very nice house. We had a very rainy weekend which made the game room and covered patio with hot tub perfect. Cari was great when we had a question or needed something.

Cabin was beautiful. Accessing the cabin via the keypad was easy. The cabin was clean and presentable and all tvs in the bedrooms were on upon our arrival with soothing visuals and music. The kitchen was stocked with pretty much all supplies, utensils, and dishes that you would need. We had a party of 15 and had plenty of space. There is so much space here that everyone was able to move freely and not be stacked on one another. Seating was more than enough, especially on the outdoor patio that overlooks the woods. The patio seating along the bartop rails is a nice touch. I would recommend to anyone looking to host a big party of 15-20. The air conditioner worked wonderfully which kept everyone comfortable and made sleeping a joy. Once the sun moved from the patio to the other side of the property, falling asleep on the patio lounge furniture was easy!

Great family vacation

Fourteen family members attended and totally enjoyed the venue. The amenities were great. One addition would be a ping pong table. Almost our entire family plays ping pong and this would have been nice to have. (maybe place it on top of the pool table?)

Great place

Was a great experience. Did have one small misunderstanding with a homeless dog and owners thinking I brought it to cabin. The cabin was a no pet cabin. My host fixed the situation and explained to owner that dog wasn’t mine. Everything was perfect.

Fellas Trip

The house was great but my 3 biggest gripes is the limited parking, all the stairs to access the backyard activities and no real good flat surface to put a grill or deep fryers to fry fish or wings. The stairs were just a bit much for the 50 and up crew/retired military

Just, WOW

So impressed with this property. The location was fantastic. A little piece of paradise in the woods. They didn’t cut corners on this house. I was even obsessed with the quality of the sheets. We were all raving about them! You will not regret renting this place. It is hard to find! A couple of us got lost on our way the first time. You have to look for the sign that says “Carter developments”. Will be booking again!

Would do it again!

The cabin is gorgeous. Decor/activities offered are amazing. Tons of privacy to ourselves. We had one small glitch in getting the door unlocked, but owners sent someone to help within 15 minutes - great service. Everyone had a fabulous time! My only suggestion to people coming- it’s a brand new neighborhood and the roads aren’t entirely paved. I would highly recommend avoiding a sedan type car, ideally drive a truck or jeep or something that’s higher off the road that can handle a bumpy ride.

Amazing in every way!

Check in was smooth and easy. Drive in was absolutely beautiful. Cabin is beyond anything we could ever dream of. Fully stocked with everything a family needs. We cooked a lot and never needed a single thing. Our kids 17 and up enjoyed constant shuffle board, pool table, hot tub, horse shoes and watching tv. We had the best time away as a blended family and made some wonderful memories. We had a super fast response when the hot tub shut down - within minutes someone was out to help and fix the issue. We also wanted corn hole and it was delivered to us. The drive to the marina, shops and store was longer than we expected BUT the cabin snd location of the cabin is SO worth it. Several of us cried when we left. Amazing snd beautiful time, in every way!
