Stay Salty is a 5 bedroom, 4 1/2 -Bath home located on a quiet cul-de-sac located only one house from the ocean. The high dune lot has great views and a walkway down to the beach access. Stay Salty has the feel of a classic coastal cottage with updated amenities. The two levels of outdoor decks have sun and shade that include tables, chairs, loungers and a porch swing. The fenced in back lawn area is large enough to play all your favorite games with the confidence your young kids won’t run to the beach. A mile away is the community boat ramp and a kids playground. House equipped with high speed internet.

Ground Level: Bedroom #1 has a king bed with a private bath. Also a large Rec Room including a ping-pong table, large TV and sitting area. Included downstairs is a kitchenette with a full sized refrigerator and a microwave. Connected to the laundry room is a half-bath that is convenient to the pool area. From the Rec room is easy access to the pool area which includes an oversized deck area, tiki bar, plenty of deck furniture and 2 outdoor showers, one enclosed.


Level One: Living area with an open dining area. Kitchen has a new dishwasher, a new stove and a new microwave. Bedroom #2 has a king bed, a day bed with trundle, private bath, flat screen TV and opens onto the deck with ocean views. Bedroom #3 has a king bed, flat screen TV, private bath and a work station for those needing to work from “home”. Bedroom #4 has a queen bed. Bedroom #5 has a twin bunk bed. Bedroom 4 and 5 share a full bath.


Amenities include: Private Pool (optional Heat Fee), Recreation/Game room with Kitchenette, ping-pong table, corn hole (bring your own bags), Outdoor Tiki Bar, Large fenced in yard, Central Heat & Air, Washer/Dryer, Ceiling Fans, Gas Grill, 5 Flat screen TVs, 2 Blu Ray and 2 DVD players, Dishwasher, Oven, 2 Microwaves, 2 decks providing both shade and sun, Tiki Bar, Enclosed Hot/Cold Shower.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
