Perched above Seaside’s iconic Central Square, Cork the Whine offers a rare elevated escape where views of the Gulf of Mexico and the vibrant energy of town unfold beneath you. Located on the third floor of the Dreamland Heights building, this stylish one-bedroom condo offers sweeping views of both the Gulf and Central Square, with a private balcony that places you above the heart of it all.
From sunrise to sunset, the balcony offers a unique vantage point to experience Seaside’s daily rhythm. Begin your mornings with coffee as the Gulf shimmers in the distance, spend afternoons watching the activity of Central Square below, and enjoy golden-hour skies as the sun sets along the coast. As evening arrives, you may hear live music from the nearby Seaside Amphitheater or take in festive moments like New Year’s Eve and Fourth of July celebrations from this elevated perch.
Guests arrive via elevator to the building and enter the condo on its lower level. Just outside the front door, a spacious shared deck offers additional seating and wide views of Central Square and the Gulf—an inviting preview of the scenery that surrounds the property. Inside, the condo’s distinctive multi-level layout leads to the main living space upstairs, accessed by a ship’s ladder and narrow spiral staircase.
The upper level opens to a bright, loft-style living area designed to highlight the views beyond the windows. Tall ceilings, expansive glass, and relaxed coastal furnishings create an inviting space to unwind after a day at the beach. A queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping accommodations, and a television with cable service is available for casual viewing.

Whether preparing beach-day snacks, mixing sunset cocktails, or enjoying a quiet meal in, the kitchen includes everything needed for convenient coastal living. Bar seating for three creates a casual gathering spot, while a dining table for two offers a cozy place to enjoy meals together.
Just beyond the living area, sliding doors open to the private balcony overlooking Central Square with views toward the Gulf. This compact outdoor space provides a charming place to take in the coastal breeze, enjoy morning coffee, or watch the activity of town from above.
The entry level of the condo offers a peaceful king primary bedroom with large windows that capture views of Central Square and glimpses of the Gulf. The bedroom also includes a television with cable service. A stacked washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the bedroom closet for guest use. A full hall bath with a single vanity and tub-and-shower combination is located just outside the bedroom, along with a separate half bath on the same level.
Beach access is located just steps away through Central Square at Coleman Pavilion, allowing for an easy walk from the condo to Seaside’s white-sand shoreline. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in designated shared spaces behind the 121 Central Square building and along Quincy Circle.
