Unfortunately, the repair was delayed due to difficulties obtaining a necessary part, which took longer than anticipated. We did our best to make the situation more comfortable by providing fans and a partial refund. We’re happy to report that the air conditioning has since been repaired and is fully operational. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the repeated A/C issues you experienced during your stay. We completely understand how frustrating and uncomfortable this was, especially after long days spent outdoors in the desert heat. As soon as we were made aware of the issue upon your arrival, we promptly arranged alternative accommodations for the first night and had an HVAC technician out to troubleshoot the system. Unfortunately, the issue turned out to be more difficult to diagnose than initially expected, which is why it required multiple visits before the technician was finally able to fully resolve the problem. While unforeseen maintenance issues can occasionally happen, we truly regret that this occurred during your vacation. We also appreciate you bringing the fan situation to our attention, as well as the concerns regarding airflow in the additional bedrooms. This feedback is very helpful and will be addressed with our team. Regarding the compensation discussed, a refund has been processed for the inconvenience. As previously mentioned, refunds typically take approximately 5–7 business days to post depending on your financial institution. Again, we truly apologize for the disruption to your stay and appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve the issue.
