Beautiful home and very clean. Convenient to the parkway. Just up the road a ways behind Wilderness in the Smokies. Excellent communication with the company. A charcuterie box was left for us. Wonderful stay. Will definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved this home!! It was perfect for adults and kids(3yo-11yo). The multiple king bed options were perfect and having the game room/ theater room downstairs was even better! Super clean, gorgeous and great location! The Christmas decorations were seriously the best touch ever during our December stay!!! Loved it all!

The cabin was a great weekend stay for our group of 10. The location was perfect for the attractions we were planning on visiting that weekend. The kids and teens were all entertained by the game room, movie room and hot tub. We will keep this listing in mind when we plan another trip to Sevierville.

Christmas get away

Overall a great place to stay with convenient location. Has a lot of amenities such as a game room, theater room, and hot tub. Not a lot of kitchen supplies and linens. There was also no Christmas decorations for our Christmas weekend.

Nice home that is conveniently located

Property was convenient to convention center and main thoroughfare. Nice, clean, spacious, and plenty of room. Could use more pillows on beds and it is lacking in water pressure in the shower which is surprising considering it is a brand new home. Nothing worse than having insufficient water pressure on vacation, but overall it was a nice property. Would recommend.and we will be staying again. Property management was quick to respond to a small issue we had during our stay, which is a plus! Kudos

Thanks so much for your honest and helpful review! We’re glad the location worked well for the convention and that you had plenty of space to relax. Also happy to hear our team was able to help quickly with the issue during your stay—that's always a top priority for us. We hear you on the water pressure and pillows—definitely not things you want to deal with on a getaway. We'll take a closer look at both and appreciate you bringing them to our attention. Thanks again for the recommendation, and we look forward to having you back!

4th of July Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we loved everything about this house and location. And very quiet and relaxing community. The only issue we came across when arriving this house was not very clean, the floors were dirty and we found a lot of previous visitors stuff like dirty socks, and food remains under the couches.

Graduation celebration weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was nothing short of awesome. Everything was just as it should be. I would suggest adding a few more "must haves" to the kitchen. Could use some mixing/measuring bowls maybe a vessel to make tea or lemonade in. The hot tub was not on when we got there, because the breaker had been flipped, but warmed up fairly quick so we could enjoy it a little.

While the house and neighborhood are beautiful, the check in process was not great. They gave me the wrong address on the Vrbo listing so we went to the wrong cabin. They were also late to send us the code to get in the house. The house does not have a grill or a garbage disposal. The movie room and game room is nice and the beds are comfortable.

We sincerely apologize for the confusion during check-in and we’ve since updated our listing information. However, it appears that you arrived at the cabin before we had the opportunity to send the access code with the correct address and confirm that the property was ready for check-in. We hope you’ll consider staying with us again so we can provide you with a seamless and fully enjoyable experience next time.

There was a beeping noise in our bedroom for 2 nights that kept us awake. The maintenance man had to come twice to get it fixed. The hot tub was dirty and we had to call housekeeping to come and clean it. There was no chlorine in it. I feel we should be refunded one night for all the inconveniences.
