Malcolm is a superb host! The house is very clean and comfortable. We stayed for 6 weeks and felt very at home. The neighborhood is very quiet and in a good location for golf, restaurants and sunset beach. I recommend it highly!

Charmer Great Location

Modern, very clean with all the comforts of home. Malcolm is an extraordinary host. Hard to find a better VRBO. Would definitely come back when coming to Sunset Beach/Ocean Isle area.

This was one of the CLEANEST homes I have ever stayed in! Our host quickly responded to all queries. It was a perfect get-a-way. I definitely want to stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay and plan to be back! The property was very clean and felt just like home. Malcolm was friendly and attentive in making sure we were enjoying our stay. The location couldn’t be better! We spent days at Sunset Beach, Southport, and Oak Island. We really loved the local restaurants! Fibber McGees and Oyster Rock were our favorites. Also, don’t forget to grab a treat at MooTown in Sunset Beach!

My husband and I truly enjoyed ourselves this weekend. Malcom, the owner, was so nice to speak to and he was very helpful with our questions. The home was so cozy and clean. The location was perfect for our activities. We would love to book this property again!

I can’t actually comment on this cottage in Sunset Beach because we stayed at another property that this host had just acquired - Carolina Blue on Waterloo. It was in Ocean Isle, and it was fantastic! Malcolm is a wonderful host. He checked in to make sure we had everything we needed since this property was new. We didn’t need anything that wasn’t already at the house, but I’m convinced he would have gone out of his way to get us anything if necessary. We absolutely want to stay as a guest of Malcolm’s again!

Really nice place!Very attractive place with a brand new kitchen with new appliances including washer and dryer. Everything is in great working order. Best of all - very clean!!!Quiet neighborhood , house is in a small cul-de-sac but very convenient to Sunset Beach and Calabash, Little River. The owner, Malcolm is very quick to respond to questions.Would definitely recommend and my husband and I would like to stay there again when in the area.

Beautiful home

Me and my family were in town for a wedding. The house is practically new and very clean. Malcolm was a very good host with great communication. He really went out of his way to make our stay perfect. We loved the house so much we are considering finding other things to do in the future just to stay again. We had an awesome vacation. Malcom was very helpful. The house is so cute. We definitely will be back just five minutes from Sunset Beach! The neighborhood was quiet so you could just relax and enjoy the front porch late at night so peaceful! 😌 ❤️

In between for an out of state move

Stayed here while moving to the area. Needed a place that didn't have dog size limitations and would allow us to park a 26ft uhaul. The VRBO is clean and updated, all the comforts of home. Nice yard and neighborhood for walking our geriatric great dane. When we thought closing might be delayed there was no issue adjusting our stay. Overall great experience

Exceptional stay!

By far the best Air bnb we’ve ever had! Beautiful home, everything is brand new. House has everything you’d need for a vacation. We were able to cook several meals with the stocked kitchen. WiFi was great to watch Netflix on the very comfortable couches. Beds were also comfortable. Very short distance to the Ingram Planetarium that just opened back up for the new year. Food lion, Publix and Lowe’s food is also very close to pick up some groceries for your stay. Host was very responsive and checked in to make sure all was well. I will definitely come back if I stay in Sunset Beach again!

Exceeded all expectations

The property exceeded all our expectations and was the perfect place to stay for our month long get away. The home is pretty much brand new with everything you might need for a long stay including a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, tankless hot water heater for unlimited hot water, full washer and dryer, easy parking, a quiet neighborhood with lots of places to walk (we saw dolphins on one of these walks), golf courses everywhere, and a beach that is a short drive just 4 miles away. Also, we drove up and down the coast and Sunset Beach was our favorite beach to hang out. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed and excellent recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. I can’t stress enough how much we enjoyed our stay and will definitely rebook if we are in the Sunset Beach area again! Don’t hesitate to book!

Everything from awesome host to amenities always there if u need him or there’s a problem..gave us a grill to use for the week and an ice tote for our ice bath…always will stay here for as long as we can….luv the beds pillows has everything u need here for a weeks stay away from home…
