Book your Sea Trail getaway in this ground floor, pet friendly condo

Looking for your next vacation stop? Look no further! Our condo has all the conveniences of home plus the ease of main floor living. This unit is also steps away from golfing, a neighborhood pool, new renovated restaurants and just 3 miles to one of the most pristine beaches on the East Coast

Our bright condo has been updated with luxury vinyl flooring, renovated bathrooms, fresh linens and paint. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine in the screened in porch overlooking the 10th green. Main bedroom has a king bed and additional day bed plus trundle with an attached bathroom and private entry.  The second bedroom has two queen beds and a private bathroom.  Accommodates up to 8 people.

Laundry is in the unit, along with high speed wifi, smart TVs and a fully stocked kitchen.  

Dining out instead? You'll find great restaurants in Sunset Beach, Calabash, Ocean Isle, Shallotte or venture towards Myrtle Beach.  

Our condo is part of the Champions section of Sea Trail and comes with its private community pool.  This pool is open May - October and is only a few steps across the parking lot.  Beautiful Sunset Beach just 7 minutes away!
Our unit is pet friendly for dogs only. Please let me know if you are bringing a dog in your initial reservation request.

Great condo in Sea Trail

We have stayed in several different condos in Sea Trail and this one is near the top of the list. The unit was very clean and well equipped. Highly recommend this unit.

Winter Getaway

We loved the unit, the view out of the porch and proximity to the clubhouse restaurants. Short drive to the beach a big plus. Loved riding our bicycles to do our shopping for necessities. Pups loved to spend time out in the porch.

Great Family Getaway!

This condo has everything you need for a fantastic family getaway. Beautiful neighborhood, very nice pool right across from the condo. Nearby stores, great restaurants and can be at the beach in less than 5 minutes. Property manager responds quickly and great communication overall. I can not explain in words how pleased we were with this property. We will definitely stay here again :)

Delightful, space and location. Just a hop, skip and a jump from Sunset Beach.

Very nice place. Well stocked living room, kitchen and bathrooms. We loved it. One note, the master bedroom mattress is extra, extra hard, if you like that. We didn't. We slept in the second bedroom but it was fine. Price was appropriate.

2nd time we’ve stayed in the condo. Even added on 2 days this time at the last minute. Owners are very gracious and very easy to deal with. The unit is very conveniently located to all good dining 
 and only 5 minutes to the surf!

Stay in Sunset Beach

Overall everything was great EXCEPT retrieving the keys upon arrival. The keylock code given was wrong. I couldnt reach the manager after continuous calls & texts. I had to call the customer service department for assistance (2:00am after 10 hour drive). They had the manager call me, she was extremely rude then she gave me a new code before literally hanging up on me. The saving grace is the place was well appointed & quite nice.

Move on, don't waste your $$, dont stay here. We will never stay here again.

Check-in was great. The place looked pretty nice in the ad but wasn't, lots of issues. * Floors were very dirty. We had to take a mop and go over them. Wasn't dirty like with trash laying around but like they needed to be cleaned/mopped cause we got dirty black feet when we took our shoes off not soon after arriving and after it was too late to call the host per my husband. * The rugs were nasty. You could see where drinks were spilled or dogs had peed, who knows what but they just shouldn't have been in there at all. I have pictures of those also. * The air conditioner in the big section where the LR was would not cool less then 73 degrees. The thermostat was set to 68 to cool it down when we first arrived but it never did on that side of the condo, stayed 73 in the summer time NC. The filters were loaded with dirt, no surprise the air wasn't working properly. * The couch and recliner were a dark blue so I was like "no, let's lay a sheet over it cause you couldn't tell how dirty they were" and compared to the other parts of condo I didn't want to risk it. * Cockroaches were seen (I have a picture of a dead one and trash that was under the kitchen trash can). * The TV was not set up as the instructions stated. It was as if the TV had never been set up and we were unable to connect the internet even with their password and with their device. We had our daughter bring her Ruko stick so thats how we got TV to watch the next day. When I texted host she told me to call her husband. We didn't as my hubby had ran out to the store and he said it was too late to call anyone. * Screened in porch had some screen that wasn't attached so we had a frog and a lizard come in, our grandson loved them but not me. This stay has definitely turned us off to staying in another VRBO, it's a shame cause it was to be so nice from the reviews presented. Highly disappointed.😞

Great location

When we thought about going to Sunset Beach for Thanksgiving, we didn’t know what our kids sports schedules would be so it was nice to be able to pick the days and even extend the stay by a day. Hosts were very communicative and responded quickly.

Roomy condo. Excellent location. Very nice pool with new chairs and umbrellas. Short drive to beach, shops and restaurants. Floors were extremely dirty, especially the tile floors. Really need multiple moppings to get all the dirt off. Screened porch needed vacuuming and sliding glass doors cleaned. We did not like you-tube television.

This is a nice condo, fully stocked kitchen, clean, comfortable beds. There are a lot of nearby restaurants, golf courses, shopping, and the beach. The owner was responsive to one request we had.

Condo fit our needs perfectly!

Two week stay with our golden retriever while we were preparing to move into our new house a mile away. Owners were responsive, and condo was clean, spacious, and a great place to come back and relax in. The complex is in a great location close to the beach, and a terrific community to walk or bike in. We’ll rent again when we have extended family come to stay with us and need more room. Overall very positive experience!
