With amazing sunsets and less than 50 steps to the beach, this complex is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico and offers a pool, elevator, and easy beach access. After a long day at the beach, enjoy breathtaking sunsets on the spacious balcony overlooking the gulf.

Night Minimum: 3-7 night minimum

Property Description: This condo is on the 3rd floor of the complex, and is conveniently located next to the elevator. It boasts an open floor plan and a modern, fully stocked, kitchen with a breakfast bar (seating for 4). The spacious master suite has a king size bed, smart tv, and a private bathroom with a custom shower and a double vanity. The guest bedroom has a single bed, single trundle bed and smart tv. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. A washer and dryer is located in the laundry room. A full size sleeper sofa is available for extra guests.

Outdoor Community Amenities: Community pool, beach carts, easy access to the beach.

Parking: Two parking spaces are available for this condo. Parking spaces are not assigned. No parking for RVs, trailers or boats.

Area Information: When you are ready to hit the beach you will find miles and miles of natural beauty for you to explore. Grab a pole and go shore fishing, stroll on the beach looking for shells, splash in the refreshing salt water, relax and soak up some rays, there is something for everyone.

Within walking distance you have access to a few shops, restaurants, and the marina. Take a stroll on the beach or along the sidewalk that stretches through Mexico Beach.

​​​​​​​Visit nearby Port St. Joe for shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment. Downtown offers cute shops and restaurants along Reid Avenue. Don't forget to check out the historical Lighthouse and Sea Turtle Museum. We love our sea turtles!

Pet Friendly: This home is pet-friendly, and allows up to 2 dogs. If you choose to bring a pet, a charge of $125 plus tax will be added to your reservation after you book.

Linens/Supplies: All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. A few essential items are provided upon arrival: Dawn dishwashing soap, one sponge, two dishwasher pods, one garbage bag, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, two individual/small bars of soap per bathroom, one laundry powder and one fabric softener.

Some of our properties typically have beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.) on site. However, there is no guarantee as these items tend to come and go throughout the year.

Age Requirement: Minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old.

Credit card fee: All payments processed are subject to a 3.25% credit card processing fee.

Rental Agreement: A signed Rental Agreement is required upon booking.

Monthly Rental: SNOWBIRDS WELCOME! Monthly rental rates are available during the winter season. Owners will consider a pet for monthly rentals. Please send a message to the property manager if you are interested.

Cancellation Policy: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Credit cards processing fees will be charged upon cancellation which is equal to 3.25% of all payments made.

Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled between 30 to 60 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments.

Area construction disclaimer: Our beautiful area has been under reconstruction since Hurricane Michael in 2018. We have come a long way since then, but there is still a considerable amount of new construction going on in the area.
