This family-friendly home is located in a quiet neighborhood in the east end of Panama City Beach (PCB) with quick access to the beach (access #16 & #17), restaurants, coffee, ice cream shops, entertainment, grocery stores and local attractions (mini golf, go karts, water parks, fishing excursions, Shell Island ferry, water activities, golf cart rentals).
Walk over to Alibi Beach Lounge & Grill for live music and the famous pickle shot—a local favorite! And don’t miss Mr. Puff's Hand-Rolled Ice Cream nearby—it's the perfect sweet treat to top off your day. This home is an ideal base for exploring the city and the surrounding Emerald Coast area, including 30A.

BEACH & POOL GEAR
Handy beach wagon to transport your beach-day gear. Comfortable backpack beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, umbrellas, sand toys, body boards, etc. Pool floats supplied. Pool is equipped with color-changing lights. The heated pool is cleaned and serviced 2x per week.

This home is equipped for remote workers and digital nomads, offering four dedicated (private) workstations each with a large monitor, ergonomic chair and all the essentials for a comfortable and productive work-from-the-beach experience. • Bedroom 2 - Upstairs: Double bed and 50-inch TV.
• Bedroom 3 - Upstairs: Bunk Room with two sets of sturdy twin bunks.
• Bedroom 4 - Upstairs: Master bedroom suite with king bed and private coffee bar.

The upstairs master suite with king bed and an en suite bathroom has generous closet space, coffee bar and a workspace desk. The master suite's patio overlooks the backyard private pool and is perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee.

KITCHEN
Many excellent nearby restaurants deliver or offer take-out, but for those wanting to cook, the fully loaded kitchen is well-equipped:

All guests must be 25 years of age or older, or accompanied by a parent or adults that is 25 years or older and responsible for all guests, to rent and stay in the home.

Driveway comfortably fits two large SUVs or trucks, or three to four smaller vehicles.

Stairs are required to access three of the four bedrooms.

All linens (bed linens, towels, beach towels) are provided, with a washer and dryer in the home.

This home is cleaned by professional housekeepers and quality inspected prior to your arrival.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located at the front door and backyard.
