Atlanta Homes and Lifestyles’ Magazine inaugural 30A Showhouse is a 6,400-square-foot residence celebrating coastal simplicity on Florida’s beloved Gulf Coast, located in a charming, gated community situated between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach.

The design-build team of Benecki Homes, Melanie Turner Interiors, Source, Lew Oliver, Inc., and Chase Green Built combined their talents for the amenity-filled, high-style show home. The Gulfside 30A sanctuary is in the gated Santimo Beach development on Elysee Court, a 20-lot neighborhood nestled between the luxury communities of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach on scenic 30A with a private beach. Easily walk or bike to upscale shopping and dining or hire a private chef for the ultimate vacation experience.

The architecture is a fusion of classicism and modern influenced by Deco and Aegean styles. A clean, restrained aesthetic speaks to the simplicity of today’s beach living. The exterior elevates proportion and scale, evident in the windows, iron balconies and white stucco facade. A lookout tower serves as the exclamation point.
