Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire home and backyard with the exception of the garage. You will enter through a pin code smart lock front door for an easy and convenience check in process.
Our backyard is your playground, complete with outdoor games like cornhole and giant connect four etc. It's the perfect spot for some friendly competition or simply soaking up the Florida sun.

Other things to note
This is a quiet residential neighborhood and not suitable for parties. We welcome groups and families but do not permit parties to be hosted.

We provide a gas grill and beach necessities including sunscreen, a cooler, cooler bag, sand free beach mat, wagon, beach umbrella, beach towels, beach tote, beach chairs and beach toys.
