This luxurious and spacious apartment really has everything you need! The apartment is completely private with its own entrance, living room, bathroom, bedroom and kitchen. You can reach the heart of Amsterdam by train within 15 minutes. But even if you have to be in the Gooi for business, you have come to the right place; We are centrally located and about 5 minutes from the Media Park or the Arena Park in Hilversum. The Keukenhof, Utrecht and Rotterdam are also easily accessible due to its central location. The apartment is equipped with a new comfortable bed and a luxurious (sleeping) sofa. The luxurious sofa invites you to relax while you watch your favorite Netflix series on the smart TV (65 inch) in the living room. The newly built apartment (2022) is luxuriously equipped and completely private with the following features: - Own entrance - Bedroom for 2 persons - Living room with a relaxing sofa (which converts into a large bed for 2) - Kitchen with induction stove, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, pans, cutlery and a large refrigerator with a number of cold cans so that you can relax with a drink after arrival. - Bathroom with hot water, towels and a toilet - Own washing machine & dryer - Fast WiFi We (the hosts) stay in a nearby apartment that is not connected to the guest area, but we are happy to help you with any questions you may have. You have access to all areas, there are no shared areas, it is a completely private apartment for you. Free parking spaces accessible to all our guests. The price includes gas, water and electricity. we are available as much as possible and you can always call or app us if you have any questions or need help during your stay very quiet neighborhood located 10 minutes outside the center of Hilversum, directly behind the apartment there is a nature reserve with many walking and cycling routes. Car, Bicycle, Bus stop 400 meters, Train station 3 km If you book for more than 2 people, you will have access to a sofa bed that is made up with a luxurious topper and full bedding. The sofa bed has the dimensions 170x220. We do our utmost to welcome you as best as possible and make your stay as pleasant as possible, you can ask us anything and we will be happy to help you.
