This lovely townhome sleeps 10 with the comfortable sleeper sofas on the main floor. It offers 2 comfortable bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a quirky, fun loft for teenagers. The primary bedroom has a plush King sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. It walks out onto a balcony looking East for beautiful sunrises. The guest room has a comfy Queen sized bed with an ensuite bathroom and looks out over the back deck and pool. That's where Perdido Key's cotton candy sunsets appear in the late afternoon. The sleeping loft is accessed by a custom ladder and has 2 twin beds for additional sleeping accommodations.
The living area is comfortable and welcoming with plenty of seating. A large screen TV is available for your viewing pleasure, but there is just so much to see and do outdoors. The owners wanted this family-friendly place for their kids and teens to have space to stretch out, enjoy a natural setting and outdoor activities like fishing, sunning, shelling, and playing in the water. The eat in kitchen offers a large ceramic tile bar for comfortable dining. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for any guests who want to prepare a fresh catch from surf fishing across the street. Didn't catch anything?
