Have A Grand Time At Grand Carribbean!

This condo can comfortably accommodate a family but it's also just right for a quick getaway to paradise with a friend or sweetheart. Located steps away from Public Beach Access #1 and a short walk from the Johnson National Seashore Park. If squeaky white sand, clear blue water, and a remarkable 280 feet of public snorkeling reef (uniquely accessible from the beach) is too laid back for you, maybe you might enjoy some of the coastal adventures that Perdido Key Resort Management offers our guests. Enjoy Free Golf at Lost Key Golf Course - the fun and challenging Arnold Palmer designed golf course in the heart of this small community. See Perdido from a boater's perspective on a complimentary Dolphin Cruise or a complimentary Deep Sea Fishing Charter. We also have OWA Amusement Park tickets for the kids (or BIG kids). Perdido Key also has great local restaurants that serve the freshest seafood you can find but you can always find a great steak or burger too. The local seafood market is super convenient (just under the Theo Baars Bridge) and always has a lot to offer that you may not be able to find back at home. They will pack special treats for you to take back with you too. The Grand Caribbean has a great pool and BBQ area if you want to cook something special at the condo instead of venturing out. You decide how you want to spend your holiday - relaxing and refreshing yourself or taking in all that Perdido Key's natural beauty and laid-back lifestyle has to offer. This cute condo is the perfect, centrally located spot to hang out in or come back to.
Enjoy a very comfortable Queen sized bed in the Master Bedroom. Twin beds in the 2nd bedroom are perfect for guests who want their own bed. There is also a bonus sleeping nook with bunk beds and a comfortable sleeper sofa. Bring your whole family or plan a gathering of friends. We have other Grand Caribbean units so we can coordinate multiple units for a larger gathering for extended family. Book soon to ensure availability on your preferred dates.

Note: Grand Caribbean East & West are under construction through approximately July 2025. The working hours for the construction team are 7:30am-6:00pm. Elevators remain open but stairwells will be periodically closed. Please call for updates.

Nice relaxing location

Location wasn't directly on the beach but it was walking distance. Balcony was quiet and relaxing. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool. We loved the BBQ pits that were located next to the pool area.

Great Stay

Loved this property! It was very clean and the location was great. There was plenty of space for us and the beach, pool and hot tub were only a short walk away. The complex was clean and quiet. I would stay here again.

Family vacation

The property was just like it was listed. The communication with property management was always quick. We had an issue with garbage disposal not working and backing up, they sent someone immediately to fix it. We had 8 in our group, 6 adults/2 teens, and only had 8 towels and 6 washcloths. We tried to save towels but it would have been nice to have a couple of extra. Overall we loved the place and how close to the beach it was. We would definitely come back!

Great place!

Great location! Easy beach access without crossing the street. The unit was very clean. Only thing I would change is the carpet in the bedrooms. It’s looking a little worn.

Amazing Place!

My husband, myself, and our two daughters stayed here for three nights or four days. I cannot rank this high enough as to how much we enjoyed our stay. The walk to the beach is so close. The pool was great and the girls loved it. The beds were comfortable, and there was more than enough space for the four of us. we are already thinking about re-booking for next summer.

Nice Condo with easy beach access.

The condo worked for us. We had plenty of space. It has a little peak of the ocean from the deck. Pool and hot tub was a short walk and the ocean was a couple of minute walk with easy access.

Loved the condo but it was not cleaned when we checked in there was dirty towels in the washer and floors were not vacuumed crumbs were all over furniture sand all in the bathroom floors otherwise the cleanliness is only problem with the stay

Perfect location

We love Perdido Key. Apartment was the perfect size for our family of 6. The walk to the beach was so quick. It was just a small parking lot to cross, not a street. The patio doors completely blocked out the outside noise. Beds were comfortable. We loved the neighborhood. Not too touristy but a few great restaurants and shops. The view at Sunset Grille was amazing. Seeing the Blue Angels fly overhead was a big hit for the family.

The best spent three nights ever!

I never thought that I could be happy staying off the beach, but this location changed my mind. I could see the golf from our balcony, and the walk to the beach was the same distance as is with many condos right on the beach. The linens were all so fresh, and beds very comfortable. My oldest two granddaughters loved the bunk beds! The unit had a well stocked kitchen, and it had ample room for 7 people. The ONLY negative was that perhaps new vinyl shower curtains could be replaced, and when I looked under the bed to check for items I found food that didn't come from us. BUT, I say that to say this, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Spring Break

Hi! This is a wonderful place to stay. I didn’t have to walk far to get onto the beach. Pool and hot tub was clean! There were 6 of us and plenty of space for all. We will be back in a different season to check it out again!!

The 3 stooges and mom

We really enjoyed our family vacation! Some things we enjoyed while here were The Navel Base, Pier fishing, the beach. The restaurant we ate at were The Shrimp Basket, The Jellyfish, The Salty Pearl, and The Flounder Chowder House. The condo was everything we expected from the pictures and descriptions. Just a short walk to the beach! I would highly recommend this condo!

Great Stay

The property is in an excellent location, quick walk to the beach, without crossing any roads. Quiet location, close enough to go do all the touristy things but not too close to have to deal with the traffic or headaches. We will be back.
