The Seascape is a new 1600 sf, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse in Perdido Key with balcony views of the Gulf of Mexico including beautiful sunrises & sunsets. Whether you are looking for a less-crowded, family-friendly beach vacation, a change of scenery as you "work from home,” or a safe retreat with amenities like a 24 hour guard gated neighborhood entry, Arnold Palmer golf course, resort style pools, tennis, pickle ball, work out facilities, & on-site restaurants - we've got you covered!

Our home is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture. There is a custom bunk room for the kids (or kids at heart) to enjoy! This townhome is nicely furnished and can sleep up to 7 comfortably.

Just a short walk away from the powdery white sand beaches, Seascape is THE CLOSEST townhouse to all the private beach club amenities Lost Key has to offer. With its close proximity to the beach, you can simply pack up the provided beach cart & head straight to the beach club or even call the beach shuttle (operating seasonally) to come pick you up outside your front door.

This rental includes access to Free Fun with Xplorie! We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day of your stay—including the Lost Key, Soldiers Creek, and Glenlakes Golf Clubs, Tropical Falls Theme Park at OWA, Dolphin, Sunset and Nature Cruises! Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free); then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free); then cap off the day at Tropical Falls theme park (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day & one person in your party is free to every activity every day. Complete details will be provided with your confirmed booking. Your amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, open floor plan, a large private screened-in balcony with views of the Gulf, 2 car garage with driveway, on-site gas grill, smart TVs in all three bedrooms & living room, high-speed streaming service with access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime & more, as well as high speed (fiber) wireless internet. The townhome includes two adult bikes with locks, three kid scooters, several indoor & outdoor games, a beach cart & much more! You will also have access to a private, member only 5,000 square foot private beach club during your stay with an amazing full bar & food service-the club makes your time at the beach so easy! You’ll also have access to the complimentary shuttle & beach chair service (seasonal), Gulf-view pool, two tennis courts, a second community resort-style pool with zero entry walk-in (stress free pool time with little ones) swim lanes, a hot tub, Arnold Palmer Golf Course, fitness-center, & two on-site restaurants. Seascape is perfect for families, golfers, those working remotely, or simply looking for a coastal retreat.

We love our fur babies, but for the benefit of everyone who stays with us, we have a strict no pet policy & ask that you make prior arrangements for your pets. Due to allergies & potential accidents this is a no-exception policy. Seascape is also a smoke-free zone! This includes anything that lights up, creates smoke/vapor or smells. Lovely Property

The townhome was so nice, and Lost Key has great amenities including the Beach Club, large pool, tennis courts, golf, etc. This was our second time to visit Lost Key and we love it! Communication with the property manager was excellent. We would rent this home again.

Great Home, Great Location!

We had the best time staying at Seascape! The location was perfect, and it was SO quick and easy to get to the beach and the beach club! This was the closest building in Lost Key to the beach club/beach access! It was a super quick walk, or we could call the shuttle and have them pick us up at our doorstep! There were also two bikes (with locks) and scooters in the garage that we were able to use. The beach club was so convenient, and even though it is so close to the property, we didn't have to come back during the day. The beach club has showers, restrooms, a restaurant/bar, beach access and a pool. We had groceries delivered to the front door, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, but we also took advantage of the great restaurants around town. The home was so clean and comfortable, and it had everything we needed. The balcony has a great view of the water, and it was the perfect spot for morning coffee. Not only were we so close to the beach, we were also so close to all the nearby shops and attractions. The house managers left their information to be able to reach them at any time (though we didn't need to!). We would definitely stay here again!

Things to know about this property....

Pros: Place was clean and well organized. Had lots of family activities on the rainy days. Beds are very comfortable in most rooms. The porch is a great place to sit and enjoy the afternoons and while it was raining. Onsite gym is nice with good equipment. Pools are nice with lots of space to sit around. Cons: The beach is a pretty good hike to get there to and from. About 10 minutes or longer depends on what you are taking with you. There is no golf cart or vehicle parking on the beach side of the street. Be careful if you get a golf cart the police make sure no carts go across the street. We did see several carts getting pulled over. The larger pool is at the back of the development and the parking is fairly small. We found it best to walk or ride the bikes. If you have issues doing stairs this place will be tuff for you. There is a list of rules that are pretty strict for this rental. We did find it a little nerve recking being there was so many. We are use to staying at VRBO and always abide by the rules but this one seemed a little much. Most things if you didn't do or lost something it was a $50-$100 charge. May be a scare tactic but it seems to work! Overall was not a bad stay but will look at something different for our next beach vacation.

Vacay Get Away

Great location with easy access to the beach. This unit is in building closest to the beach. Beach Club bar, restaurant and pool is spectacular. This unit is very well maintained, decorated and stocked. The only thing missing is a blender. Recommend!

Lost Key is Amazing!

We loved staying at this townhouse for vacation. Townhouse was very nice, super clean, and nicely furnished with all the essentials we needed. Plenty of space for 6 people. Plus the games were a great addition for family game times. Short walk to the beach so you didn’t have to take the shuttle bus. We would definitely book again next year! The resort is relaxing and quieter than some of these busy condo buildings.
