Petite Cottage near Downtown w/extra parking

Welcome to our Petite Freetown Cottage, a charming retreat just steps away from the heartbeat of downtown Lafayette! Immerse yourself in the vibrant local scene as you stroll to nearby restaurants, eclectic shops, and captivating museums. The nightlife is at your fingertips, with trendy spots and cozy cafes inviting you to explore the city's rhythm. Only one block from the parade route, offering you a front-row seat to the festivities. Parking for up to 8.

The house is an adorable "petite" house decorated with an eclectic mix of contemporary and Louisiana art. It's located in the popular Freetown area, only 2 blocks from Downtown. It comfortably sleeps 5, but 6 would be just as comfortable. There's also a huge driveway with plenty of parking.

The guests will be able to use the whole house and yard as if it were their own home.

The neighborhood is known as Freetown. It's a very eclectic, diverse neighborhood of people of all ages and all professions. I would like to think that it has a high population of artists & musicians. Most people explore the area on foot. Tammy's grocery is less than a block away. They are mainly a convenience store that serves the community, but they also have great food!
