We are so glad you found the cabin to be clean and nice. We think it is a wonderful property and love spending time here :) While most guests do tell us how comfortable they find our beds, we know they were not your preference and are sorry to hear that. You'll be glad to know we installed a brand new washer and dryer so the leaking will not be an issue for future guests. We enjoyed hosting you and really appreciate your honest feedback! Happy travels, Miranda!

Hi Wm., Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that aspects of your stay fell short of expectations, particularly regarding the hot tub and the lock access. We appreciate you pointing these out and are actively looking into improvements. We're glad our team was able to assist you quickly and efficiently with the lock issue. Your comments help us provide a better experience for future guests.

Thank you for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback, Roger. We're so glad you were able to enjoy the cabin, the hot tub, and the peaceful mountain setting despite the rainy weather. We're very sorry about the dust, cobwebs, the gutter overflow that created the muddy area by the entrance, and the lock code issue after you extended your stay. We've shared your comments with our team so these items can be addressed and to help prevent the lock code issue from happening again. We truly appreciate your patience and your helpful feedback. We'd love the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better stay in the future!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that the hot tub did not meet your expectations, especially since it was a main reason for your stay. While the hot tub is professionally serviced and was drained prior to arrival, we take cleanliness concerns very seriously and have since escalated this to our service team for a thorough review and additional treatment. We also appreciate you bringing the maintenance items inside the home to our attention, as this allows us to address them promptly. We strive to provide a high-quality experience and regret that this stay fell short for you. Your feedback has been noted and will be used to improve the experience for future guests.

Thank you for staying with us! We’d love to welcome you back anytime! :)
