Bedroom 1: King bed and a couch to hang out, a smart TV and an ensuite bathroom, offering comfort and privacy for couples or visiting relatives.

The main bath features a tub/shower combo for a soothing soak, designed with families in mind.

The ensuite bath has a walk-in shower, making morning routines a breeze. Both bathrooms are fully stocked with toiletries so you can pack light.

The third bathroom is a shared bathroom but at top/shower combo that’s perfect if you are traveling with family.



Backyard

Don’t forget your fur babies, they’re family too! While the kids and your pup play safely in the fenced-in yard, fire up the grill for a family meal.

Guests will enjoy access with a key code sent to them prior to their arrival. This will allow for the guest to check-in at their own pace.

Stay in the heart of Augusta in our beautiful and quiet Brynwood neighborhood, where southern charm and local character invite you to explore.



Augusta National (5 minute drive): Enjoy your time playing golf or watching the Masters

Augusta Riverwalk (8 minute drive): Hike and explore nature around the Savannah River while enjoying gardens, fountains and sculptures

Augusta Market at the River (8 minute drive): This open-air market offers local crafts, produce, and food vendors to enjoy along the Riverwalk.



Getting Around:

One of the best things about staying here is how simple it is to get around. Whether you’re heading downtown for a stroll along the Riverwalk, grabbing dinner at a local spot, or visiting Augusta National, everything is just a quick drive away. The city is easy to navigate, traffic is light, and parking is a breeze. You’ll find that exploring Augusta feels relaxed and stress-free—so you can spend more time enjoying your trip and less time worrying about logistics.

We are a family and pet friendly property. Amenities available to make your stay stress-free include: Pack’ n Play, plastic cups and plates, extra sheets and board games. We’ve added a few extra touches to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible:



Family-friendly: Pack ’n Play, high chair, children’s dinnerware, and board games.



Pet-friendly: Fenced backyard, food & water bowls, and an extra towel for muddy paws make traveling with pets stress-free



Thoughtful extras: We stock the home with plenty of essentials (paper towels, trash bags, coffee, shampoo/conditioner, etc.) so you can pack light and feel right at home from the moment you arrive.



Exploring Augusta is easy!



Please note that if you are booking your stay with us during the Augusta Masters Week (meaning the three days of practice rounds, the Wednesday Par 3 Contest and the four days of competitive play) our cancelation policy is Firm at 90 days for the reservation. Additionally, if you need to cancel before that 90 days, we will refund the full amount with the exception of the amount that is charged by our third party payment processor to send the refund back.
