Welcome to Pinellas Park and the St. Petersburg area! Enjoy sunny days at nearby Gulf beaches, stroll along St. Pete Beach, go fishing, hunt for shark teeth, or explore Desoto Park and its pristine shores. Our home offers the perfect base for discovering all that this vibrant area has to offer. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a game room and 2 living rooms. There is also a great back yard with plenty of sitting space for everyone. The house is well equipped and stocked with everything you need for a great stay.

The space

Welcome to your home away from home! Just bring you flipflops & enjoy!

The home features an open floor plan and plenty of sitting areas inside and outside, that are great for entertaining, relaxing and spending time together. The outdoor space has a large deck with plenty of sitting for everyone. The enclosed lanai is perfect games and for morning coffee or afternoon drinks.

The home is centrally located just 12 miles from downtown St. Petersburg, 10 miles from St. Pete Beach, just 14 miles from Clearwater Beach and only 30 miles to downtown Tampa.  The area offers many wonderful parks for biking, beaches and walking trails, playgrounds and sports courts.

The Lanai and game room area includes ping pong, foosball table and card table.

The 55" Roku Smart TV in the living room is equipped with extras like Netflix and Hulu. Just log in to your accounts to enjoy your favorite movies and shows.

The master bedroom is separated from the other bedrooms and has its own spacious bathroom and closet plus has a 43" Samsung Smart TV to enjoy. The King size bed has a brand-new comfy mattress. The other 2 bedrooms (Q and two Twins) are on the opposite side of the house and share the 2nd bathroom with a tub/shower combo. We provide quality toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner & lotion).

A Pack & Play and a highchair are available upon request.

The kitchen is fully stocked with good quality dishes, bowls, cups, glasses, pots & pans, utensils, tapware, bakeware, baking sheets, a Nutribullet and more. Enjoy coffee your way (coffee pot, a Keurig, a French Press & a milk frother.

The Garage has a full size washer and drier to use as needed.

Guests will have access to the entire home including the garage and outdoor space.

Please note landscape service may be conducted during your stay - This generally occurs in the afternoons on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.

For your safety and peace of mind, we have installed security cameras on the exterior of the property at the following locations:

- Front Door: Ring Camera and Doorbell
- Front: Overlooking driveway
- Right and Left sides of the home
- Backyard

These cameras are in place solely to monitor the perimeter of the property and ensure your security during your stay.  If you have any concerns or questions regarding the security measures, please don't hesitate to reach out.
