Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert ONLY FUNCTIONS TO MEASURE DECIBELS and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded (which hardly ever happens for reference).

★ OUTDOOR CAMERA ★
We have ONE camera facing the street on the main door. This is for your safety as much as the property’s. There are NO CAMERAS INSIDE the property.

★ MULTI UNIT PROPERTY★
This is a multi-unit property. The owner resides in a completely separate unit, which is an entirely independent house. There are no shared spaces, and you will have this entire unit and the yard entirely to yourself.
