The property location was perfect. Being steps away from the beach was wonderful, and having the pool in the complex was definitely a plus. The property was well stocked with essentials.However, I did want to mention that the beds could use a major updating, from the bedrooms to the pullout couch.

Great location! Our teens really enjoyed walking to the Plaza. Quick walk to the beach. Pool was nice. Layout of the villa was great! Very spacious and having 3 bathrooms was great! One of the mattresses upstairs was odd, on one side you felt like you were going to roll out of the bed. The bed slept ok though. We rotated it to try help.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property to other families! The home was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable beach vacation. We especially appreciated the thoughtful welcome gift and that plenty of towels were provided for all guests—it made settling in so easy. The location was excellent, with easy access to both the pool and the beach, and it was conveniently close to shopping, restaurants, and local attractions. The only downside was that the upstairs air conditioning never seemed to cool properly. Even when we set the thermostat much lower, the upstairs stayed around 75F, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return.

Lovely place!

Super cute rental! 6 of us stayed and we had room to spare. Great kitchen, great places to hang out, both inside and out, and a very short walk to the beach! Definitely want to stay again!

This spacious condo had everything we needed. Beach towels, beach buggy, extra stock of laundry and dish detergent, and a fully stocked kitchen made our stay much more enjoyable. The check-in process was seamless. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the condo upon our arrival. The large pool is directly across from the condo, One area of improvement is the beds, which fell short of expectations, particularly the two upstairs. Those are in great need of being replaced. However, the linens and pillows were very nice.

We had the best time at this rental! Gated community and direct access to the beach with a private pool! We will be staying here again.

The property was nice, clean, spacious, and was close to Coligney Plaza and Sea Pines. we cooked dinner twice with the appliances and dishes provided and it came out great with no hassles. However, in our unit, the microwave sounded like a small jet engine, so if you want to cook something in it, make sure no one in the unit is sleeping! It was great and super convenient to have the pool and the ocean steps away from us, especially with kids, so if that's whats most important to you, the price is relatively reasonable. The host was accommodating and very quick to respond, which was great. my only issue was that we were reprimanded for hanging our towels out on the balcony railings, as I forgot to tell my party it was a strict rule, due to it being "unsightly", however, by Friday morning the pool area was littered with garbage all around the lounge chairs and the trash cans were overflowing, so i felt, for how much we paid for it, the property management company was hyper-focused on the wrong issues. So 1 start docked for that and the microwave. Otherwise, we had a nice stay.

I loved the location of this rental, we would definitely go again. We walked to Coligny several times during our stay. The beach was a quick walk over a little boardwalk, and the pool was right out of our back door. The host company was great providing info and answering any questions. The only thing I would update in the rental would be some of the beds, but overall it was a great place.

Great accommodation!

Property was in great condition and easily accomodated 5 adults and an infant. (I think 9 adults would be crowded). Condo had all the necessary cooking implements and had a lot of beach necessities. Short walk to beach and pool was literally out back door. Would rent again!

Perfect Beach Getaway

This was our second visit in less than a month. Absolutely feel in love with it the minute we entered. The furnishings and decor set the tone immediately; we felt right at home. The kitchen has all of the necessary items plus extras. We had a full house. Ended up with our three grown children and two spouses joining us. There was plenty of space to feel comfortable. The location is ideal for beach access. It was easy to either return to the condo or switch up and go to the pool. This particular trip, the wind was up most days so we found ourselves taking advantage of the recently updated pool. Really a win-win. We also enjoy the shops at Coligny, which are an easy walk by road or by beach. If all of that was not enough, our host provided beach towels which were amazing along with a few other special items. Looking forward to visiting again.
