Everything was perfect. Great location for pool and beach. Very clean. Supplied generously with everything, including beach and pool stuff. Annie was easy to communicate with through every detail. We had a spectacular two weeks there.

The condo was very clean and roomy , decorated elegantly.Annie was very good and easy tocontact if needed. Everything was there that was needed. The pool area was great and water was warm. The beach view was a bit obstructed with the pool being right there but still able to view the ocean. It was bit to big for the 2 of us but would be great for a family.

Perfect 4th of July Location

travelled to NSB for 4th of July and had the best view of the fireworks from the pool deck!

Florida get away

We love the easy access to the pool and beach. Flagler Ave. is a short drive and there is an abundance of restaurants nearby.

Enjoyed the stay. The beach and pool access were very close. There were many restaurants close by. The kids all want to go back next year.

Great place to stay!

My family and friends loved staying here. This condo is absolutely beautiful and comfortable, and it was more so with decorations and personal touches such as the towels and the colors in the bedrooms and living room. Annie was an awesome hostess!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our time and loved showing off the condo.

Winter getaway

We loved the location of this property. The condo was as listed, with plenty of dishes & necessities. Communication with the owner was amazing. We would definitely stay again, if we ever get back to this area!

Geared for a Great Family Vacation

We had a great Family vacation here. The proximity to the beach, comfort of the accommodations and accessories to ensure beach time and sleep time made for an unforgettable Family vacation. The restaurants nearby served great food and were very convenient. The kitchen was well equipped and the living room and dining room suited our family of 7. We would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great memory.

Great place!

The property was great! It was clean, had great access to the pool and beach, and was well stocked with pretty much everything we would need for a party of 10! Annie, the property owner, had fantastic communication and was available as needed. Our party of 10 had a great family vacation and we will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful

Condo is great, spacious, with everything we needed. With direct access to the beach. The only downside, outside of the owner's control, was the the swimming pool was still under repairs; but Debbie was super gracious about it and more than compensated for it. We cannot wait to go again.

Perfect for wedding

Our daughter was getting Married in NSB and we can’t say enough wonderful things about this condo. Not only was everything we needed supplied- it was spotless but the way it was designed and decorated was home for us. Cozy- simplistic with tons of space for our family. Thanks so much for allowing us to make wonderful memories there.

Parking was a challenge.

Parking was a challenge. Not allowing a third vehicle was an inconvenience because we were coming from three different cities. The beach was wonderful.

I totally understand! It can be tough when people are coming in from different areas. With having 114 units, they are strict with the 2 parking rule, so that everyone gets a spot. We are so glad you enjoyed the beach though!

Fun, Spacious and Comfortable Condo

The condo was exactly what our family was hoping for in our first combined vacation since COVID came on the scene. The amenities were perfect for us. Our children were either in the pool, beach or ocean every day! The condo was clean and very comfortable for our party of 9. Thanks so much, Annie, and we'll definitely recommend it to our friends!

Beautiful condo, great location!

Just returned from a week at this great condo. Beautifully decorated, extremely clean. The location is great, and the proximity to the pool is perfect. The condo has every amenity possible. I have rented countless properties through VRBO, and this owner was by far the most helpful. She even helped us find another available unit in this complex for extended family. The unit right next door! This was our first time to NSB, loved the area. Highly recommend!

Nice location

It was a great location. Nice part of the beach. Condo was laid out nicely. Great size. Disappointed in the view. Definitely not Oceanview or oceanfront blocked buy the rooftop pool which was closed the whole time we were there. But we had a great time. Debbie was very pleasant to work with. very nice!

Brenda, Thank you for your review. Please review our listing description, it does state that we have a pool view and a partial ocean view. As far as the pool being closed, yes, it was. The work on the pool was suppose to be completed by Memorial Day but we have had two months of on and off rain, which delayed the opening. We are sorry and did offer you a early check in and a late check out for your inconvenience. We hope you will give us another try :) Thank you, Debbie
