Located right off I-5 & Beltline, tucked in a quiet established neighborhood loop, no thru traffic. House sits on 1/3 acre with large private backyard for games & BBQs, or simply relaxing. Walk to a quiet, neighborhood park or drive just minutes to local shopping, restaurants, breweries, & outdoor recreation!
This 3 bedroom, 1-1/2 bath, has been completely updated with many luxurious touches. Each bed is dressed with fresh sheets, duvet covers and blankets. Duvets changed with every guest. Fans in every room. Ample bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and makeup cloths are provided. Enjoy lots of natural light, large living and dining area, kitchen nook, coffee bar, game room, laundry, Wi-Fi, movies, games and photography highlighting some of Oregon’s most beautiful locations. Private driveway parking with separate graveled RV parking. House sits on 1/3 acre with large private backyard with gazebo & fire pit!
Kitchen is filled with natural light and has basic dining essentials including plates, bowls, tall and short drinking glasses, wine glasses/wine opener, coffee mugs, to-go cups, plastic plates/bowls for kids, flatware, cooking utensils, bakeware, crock pot, ceramic pan set, mixing bowl set, serving dishes, measuring cups/spoons, coffee/tea bar, cooking spices, and condiments.
Garage game room with foosball table, dart board, smart TV (with Wi-Fi), leather reclining sofa, extra card table and PS3 game system, rope toss, corn hole boards and bags.
Living room has large sectional with additional chairs, reading options, games, puzzles, and smart TV with WiFi to stream your favorite apps. Home is centrally located, minutes from all that Eugene/ Springfield has to offer.

Home is just 0.3 miles from nearest bus stop allowing for easy transportation throughout town if needed.
This home comfortably sleeps a maximum of 6 guests with 2 queen beds and 2 twin XL beds. Though our usual limit is 6 guests, exceptions may be made. Our small family considers this neighborhood and area to be home! Although one of us grew up in eastern Oregon and the other settled here in HS after many years of moving in as a military child, we have found this area to be one of America’s hidden beauties. Head west for the gorgeous Oregon Coast where you’ll find drift wood, breathtaking sunsets and wonderful views, or head east up McKenzie highway for the best outdoor recreation you can find. We have hiking trails, running trails, camping, winter sports, water sports, fishing, kayaking, sightseeing, nature observatories, and much more! Our family enjoys gardening, playing outside, camping, BBQ’s, neighborhood events, and just being present. We hope you also feel at home here and enjoy all this area has to offer!

This is one of the best neighborhoods! Welcome back to American neighborhood block parties and neighbors who wave at everyone!! This is a quite established neighborhood with an active neighborhood watch program- everyone knows everyone! We have a wonderful neighborhood park, just a mere 3 min walk from the home with a play structure, sand pit and “Sandlot”-style outfield. We are very proud to live here, so much that we purchased a second home to share our wonderful neighborhood and town with the world!! Neighborhood is close to shopping, restaurants, breweries, wineries, sports venues (Autzen Stadium, Hayward Field, PK Park), outdoor adventures, water sports, lakes, rivers, streams, fishing, camping, hiking, trails, running attractions and the Eugene Airport. Home is located on a closed loop, with no thru traffic.
