Newly renovated modern apartment with a bohemian touch and a whole-house feel. 2 Blocks to the beach! 3 blocks to Center Ave for dining & bars and 1 block from Berts Market. All are very easily walkable. A great home to spend your beach vacation! A fire pit, all updated amenities, beach towels and chairs are there for you to use. Outdoor shower shared with unit B. This is a duplex and this unit is below another apartment above. Book both upstairs & bring your people! "Irie On Erie B" is above.
The space
Everything natural! All wool & oriental rugs, 2 King organic latex & spring mattresses, Down & cotton linen couch, original hardwoods (refinished) throughout, handmade tiles in bathroom. A screened-in porch + outdoor seating couch and chairs covered by the upper deck. Outdoor Shower, outdoor foot washing for after the beach. Blackout shades in both bedrooms & light filtering shades in the living spaces. Books, games, and a desk in the living room. Fire pit and 8 Adirondack chairs (shared with all apartments on the property - 4 Total). This is a duplex. You may hear noise from the guests above -- though we have done a lot to keep noise from disturbing you, it's possible to hear the guests from above.
Guest access
The whole apartment is yours. Private entrance, screened-in porch, covered slate deck with outdoor couch & chairs, outdoor shower, communal fire pit (Solo Stove), a wood splitter, and 8 Adirondack chairs for fun fellowship).
Other things to note
This is a duplex! Guests may be renting above you. Though we have worked and invested a lot to keep this noise-proof from top to bottom, you can hear footsteps occasionally. If this would potentially bother you, please consider renting the one above or another one of my Folly Rentals: Irie on Erie B, Jus' BeChi A or Jus' BeChi B - I can promise you we do a great job for you, and regardless of a little above noise, we STRIVE for you to have a great experience.

Please read these:
We have a VERY sensitive septic system: Nothing other than toilet paper in toilets (NO Tampons, wipes or pads!, NO shoes inside the house, NO parties, NO loud music, PLEASE shower sand off outside shower (provided on-site) after beach time. Read garbage disposal rules of what NOT to put down, and use buttons to open and lower shades. Thank you!

Park straight in and in front of your sign: "A". Not parallel. There are 2 assigned parking spaces for you. - If you need additional parking, please ask us about options.
On Folly: All tires have to be off the road and when parallel parking, park w/ the flow of traffic. They WILL give you a ticket!
