➤ We provide 10 bath towels for the apartment. You are free to use the laundry facilities on the 14th floor or we can provide extra set for $10 per towel.

Brickell is a bustling Manatthan-esque neighborhood (it is, in fact, often called the Manhattan of the South), but more modern, with tropical climate, and right by the water. Everything you need to live, work, shop and relax can be found within walking distance in this highly concentrated urban core. It is centrally situated between Key Biscayne (5 minutes) and South Beach (10 minutes), producing an exotic contrast between its ritzy high-rises and its neighboring beaches & islands.
Steps away from Metromover (free), City Trolley (free) and Metrorail ($)
➤ Please note that in this residential building, T-shirts and shoes must be worn at all times, and a respectful dress code is required in common areas.
➤ The building requires that we both sign and submit a short-term lease form to register our guests, this form states the dates of your arrival and departure, name of the lead traveler, photo ID of the primary guest and that the confirmation of the guests that they have agreed to the building rules.
➤ Luggage drop off: Luggage drop off is allowed at the front desk from 8 am to 4 pm for 5$ per luggage.
➤ The property does have both heating and A/C, but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short-term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.
➤ Packages and mail :
The concierge only accepts it during the time of your stay. The package is fine as long it is under the name of the primary guests during the registration/ the guests staying in the unit. Letter mail is not permitted, only packages.

1) A picture of the Government ID of the person first checking in is required in advance to register you at the front desk. $52 USD registration fee is included in the cleaning fee.
2) Apartment building fobs have a total replacement cost of $80 if lost. Please take care of them since the next guest will be impacted otherwise.
3) Dress Code Rule: T-shirts and shoes must be worn at all times, and a respectful dress code is required in common areas. Violation of this rule will result in a $100 fee.
