Took a quick get away from Pittsburgh and it was great clean and quiet location we stayed in cabin #1 and had tons of privacy even with 7 other cabins. Great Job
We had an amazing time at this property and would love to come again! It was quiet, clean, and cozy, perfect for my sister and me to enjoy a reading retreat. Everything was lovely. I did want to communicate that the roof had a small leak, but we placed a towel under it to soak it up, and that worked fine. I called the property manager about it, but received no response, so I left a message. That's why I deducted stars there. Also, our hot tub lights would not work, but the jets and heat did, so we still had a great time reading in it. Those two small issues did not detract from the enjoyment of our stay. We were thrilled with the cabin and would absolutely stay again!
The place & area is nice. Booked through Expedia who advertised as sleeping 6, never asked the number of guests. Upon arrival with my 4 grown children (6 total adults) there were no sheets or pillowcases on the 2 beds upstairs, called and they told me it would be an additional $240 for 2 nights. Definitely not worth the price, why would 2 people need a place that sleeps 6??? And why would they advertise sleeping 6 and charge you more every person??? AC sucks also, central unit barely blows, and 2 small window units had it 75 degrees at 10:00pm at night. We left running on High Cold all day at 85 outside. Be careful upon renting, you're renting hot rooms not the building. Do what you like, we won't be back, definitely not worth the money IMO.
We had a hard time finding the cabin, the parking wasnt the best, and the hot tub wasnt great. But other than that it was a great stay in a good location.
The cabin was perfect! It was clean and it was close to everything that we wanted to see. We did the Bridge Walk and it was 5 minutes away from the cabin.
This was a comfortable and convenient place to stay for our rafting trip. It was cool enough we had a small fire which was nice. It was perfect for us.The only reason I gave 4 stars is the mowing and people in the yard while we were in the cabin. I understand the need for yard maintenance but it felt a bit invasive.
This was a great little place to stay while visiting Red River Gorge. The directions were great and the checkin process was easy. You can hear some road noise from the nearby highway, but it wasn't bad.
This was the perfect cabin for our trip. It was close to the New River Gorge Park, which was the reason for our visit. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. The cabin was clean and comfortable. It was everything I expected.
Itâs cozy. Four people feels like the limit for comfort. The area around it is ok for taking a walk but thereâs no trails. Beds are very comfortable. Bring a FireStick if you donât want to watch satellite tv. Close to the rafting. Hot tub was a no for us. Overall it was nice and Iâd come back.
Sweet little getaway. We were babysitting for our daughter & son-in-lawwho was camping 10 minutes away and it was just what we wanted. My only suggestion would be to add a few blankets. We loved everything about this place and would go again!
The cabin was in prime location for any activity you might want to do in NRG, but secluded enough to be restful. The cabin had all the basics that you could ask for and well organized. The owner was communicative and attentive to our needs. We will be returning to NRG and staying here!
