Located in the newly built TownePlace Complex in the heart of Carolina Beach, this modern building is steps away from everything! The boardwalk, restaurants, & nightlife are directly outside your door with rides, seasonal concerts, festivals, delicious food and local vendors. *Included In-season: 2 beach chairs, umbrella, & drink tray set up on the beach daily for your convenience!

Look no further - this ShoreThang space offers two master bedrooms featuring king sized beds, two full bathrooms with walk-in showers and an open-concept living/kitchen area connecting to the ocean-view balcony.

Enjoy this beautifully furnished, professionally cleaned, fully stocked new condo. There are Roku TV's in the living area and both bedrooms with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals for your group. There is also a dining area that overlooks downtown Carolina Beach in the main living area, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. Come ready to enjoy your vacation with all bedding, sheets, and towels included.

Guests have access to in-unit washer/dryer, one space in a private parking lot for the duration of their stay and elevator access from the ground floor to the condo.

Contact-less check in. To make your stay more enjoyable, the house is secured with a keypad lock. No worrying about who has the key!

***In-Season Additions***
Included at no additional cost from Memorial Day through Labor Day: Daily set up on the beach from 9:30AM-7PM : 2 beach chairs, umbrella & cooler with ice are set up daily for your convenience! No need to lug around chairs and coolers or pay additional fees at the beach - it's already taken care of for you! Simply walk steps to the beach and enjoy the day at your Shore Thang beach area all set up!
Also, Every Thursday in season the Balcony offers the best spot for fireworks!

The place was great as well as in the perfect location. The unit had plenty of space for all of us. The sofa was comfortable as well as the beds. The only issue was parking. The lot was extremely small and hard to get in and out. Each unit is allowed only one vehicle, but this has nothing to do with the owner. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely use them again! There was plenty of items in the kitchen in order to cook meals. Raymond was amazing in that he responded to all questions quickly and efficiently. Suggestion: we stayed 4 nights and had 4 people. We were only given one towel and wash cloth per person. It would have been nice to have 2 sets per person. Again, not a horrible thing but would have made our stay more convenient as to not having to wash towels so much.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed for four nights over Easter weekend and had a wonderful stay! The property is spacious, clean, cozy, and comfortable, and is steps from the beach! Would definitely stay at this property again!

Great family getaway!

We’re a family of 5 & (3 kiddos 8-and-under, youngest still in a Pack-n-Play) and this place was GREAT for our needs. Highlights (as well as a simple suggestion that could take it to the next level) below:- Amazing location!- We missed the automatically-included-chairs/umbrella-on-the-beach time window, but the the rental guy’s info is prominently displayed & arranging ourselves was easy & 100% worth it.- Washer/dryer in the unit. Say less.- Vacuum/broom dustpan available. - Simple/easy/fair check-in & check-out. - Responsive host.Hyper-specific family details:- The 2 separate bedrooms both have king-sized beds, so kiddos have plenty of space & you can close a door on them at night.- A Graco Pack&Play fits in the shower! We could close a door on the baby for their early bedtime, & put the bigger kids to bed without disturbing the baby
and STILL close a door to the living area.One suggestion:- Shower heads with handheld attachments. Boardwalk foot showers weren’t back on for the season yet & the condo building doesn’t have a foot wash area for sandy feet. The only place for us to wash off was our shower & the head’s stream was too weak towards the bottom. A handheld shower head would make rinsing feet much easier - and would be a *huge differentiator* for families with kids.Overall: 11/10, amazing trip! Kiddos have already decided it’s a new tradition & that we’ll be back next year! Thanks!

Wonderful stay at the beach!

We had an amazing stay at Raymond’s place! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect(a few steps from the boardwalk and beach), and the check-in process was simple. Raymond made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!

Amazing condo and location!

This condo was spectacular! Very clean and had all the things we needed. Right on the boardwalk, close to shops, food and only a short walk to the beach! The host was very responsive to all our needs. We will definitely visit again!!!

Amazing views and extremely clean.

This place was amazing and just a few steps from the boardwalk and fun. We loved all that there was to do just steps away from our rental. Parking was great and the host went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and answered any questions we had. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as my wife and family did.
