The location is perfect, I felt like we were so close to everything. The host was so friendly and was completely helpful with all my questions and responded so quickly. In the future if we come back we will only stay here. I recommend this property/host to all my family and friends!

The house was an excellent choice for a family get together (5 adults dog). The main floor living, dining and kitchen area was a perfect place to hang out, watch sports, talk, cook and dine. The parking was stress free with a 2 car garage and plenty of street parking. The location was awesome. It was our first trip to St. Louis and it was easy to get to many of the places we wanted to visit. Most of them were within 10 minutes of the house. Loved the old neighborhood. Plenty of places to walk the dog. He loved it! The kitchen was equipped with the basics. The 3 balconies were a bonus - more places to either hang out together or provide a space for some quiet time. Loved being able to see the Arch from the balcony. A really nice, modern house in a historic neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The neighborhood was quiet, welcoming, and a great area to walk around. There were so many beautiful historic homes. And just a quick drive to plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions.

This vrbo is excellent. Beds are super comfortable. Cute neighborhood with historical houses & large park for walking.Bonus (not included in other vrbos) extra large garage for parking, large common area, extra bath towels, coffee, extra ice, extra toilet paper & paper towels.We had such a great time…looking forward to book again!

This home was everything the listing said it would be! Great location. If you plan on doing any cooking you may need to plan for that, but you can make do for a light breakfast.We will use this Vrbo again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Townhome was just as pictured. We liked the area. Very quiet. Never felt unsafe in any way. Within 15-20 minutes of lots of restaurants and activities. Would definitely stay again. Loved being able to bring our fur baby.

We had a great stay overall and would definitely stay here again. The home was clean, well-maintained, and in a quiet neighborhood. There was also a great breakfast spot within walking distance, which was a nice bonus.The host was fantastic with communication and even allowed us to check in early, which made a huge difference for our family and was greatly appreciated.A few small things to note: the Wi-Fi was a little spotty at times, and there are two large flights of stairs, so keep that in mind if anyone in your group has mobility concerns. The bedroom ceiling fan/light combinations were a little confusing to operate, and one didn’t work quite right, but none of those things took away from our stay.The ping-pong table in the basement was a fun surprise and got plenty of use from our group.Overall, this was a great place to stay, and we’d absolutely book it again.

Perfectly located within minutes of local restaurants and attractions. We visited the City Museum and the Arch along with other wonderful places. The house has a ping pong table in the basement that kept the kids busy for hours. Plenty of space and the beds are very comfortable.

Enjoyed our stayed. The property felt clean and had everything we needed. Neighborhood area appeared safe, although we didn't do any walking. Some ambient noise from the nearby highway (nothing that bothered us) but was a quiet area otherwise. We considered many properties for our stay but choose this one because it was a newer home and offered a built-in enclosed garage. A lot of the other properties in this price range only offered street parking or outdoor car port which we weren't super comfortable with. Overall the property was very nice. We'd consider staying again.

Great property, roomy, clean and very good location for quick access to many popular tourist sites. Neighborhood was quiet. Nice small fenced yard for our dog. Highly recommend, would do it again!!

Space was wonderful! Comfortably housed 3 couples and 1 child for 4 days.Having the garage space was wonderful as it rained everyday of our visit and it meant both cars were able to stay safe and secure all night.We used the table for board games, all fit well on the huge couch to watch the World Cup games. Proximity to everything we wanted to do was amazing. We didn’t explore the neighborhood much due to the rain, but nothing was more than a 15 minute drive, and being right off the highway was so convenient.I wish we’d used the ping pong table more! Having a washer and dryer available was great, having it on the same floor as the bedrooms was even greater.Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a group in St. Louis. What we got for the price we paid seems almost like a miracle.Things went so smoothly the whole weekend, including check-in & out, that we didn’t have a need for additional communication with the hosts, but the basic information we needed was there exactly when we needed it!

This was exactly what the listing showed. Very centralized location to get to anything we wanted to go to. There is a really nice quaint restaurant one block over to enjoy breakfast and lunch
