The primary bedroom offers a haven of tranquility with sliding door access, while an exterior staircase adds to the coastal charm. From this vantage point, enjoy "peek-a-boo" views of the water, and as evening descends, indulge in the seasonal spectacle of fireworks dancing above Short Sands Beach, visible right from your deck! The ingredients for crafting lifelong memories are at your doorstep.

Guest Access:
Guests will receive an access code to a lockbox located on the rear of the home. Keys are located in lockbox. Code to lockbox will be sent to guest within 72 hours of arrival.
WHERE TO PARK: No parking on the side lawn. PLEASE only park in driveway. Violation of # of cars parked and on the lawn will result in a fined additional Fee.

The Neighborhood:
Peaceful southern Maine beach-town neighborhood! Sidewalks extend from the home to the beach, offering safe walkability and easy access to the surroundings.

Other Things to Note:
Summer Rentals are Saturday to Saturday only! Seven night stays only. Check-in time is 3:00pm, check-out time is 10:00am. Please keep in mind that linens & towels are unfortunately not included in this rental, however blankets and pillows will be at the property for you!

Interaction with Guests:
You will have the entire property to yourself. Neighbors are on either side of the building, however this is offered as a full-home rental with no other guests occupying the property aside from your group.
