The large private balcony, accessible from both the living room and primary bedroom, is a great spot for morning coffee or winding down in the evening while taking in the Gulf views and overlooking the pool area.



This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo offers 1,500 square feet of living space and sleeps up to 6 guests. The living room features comfortable seating, a queen sleeper sofa, a 42” HDTV, Blu-ray player, and stereo system. A wet bar with a wine chiller adds convenience, and the dining area seats six with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything needed for simple meals or full dinners. A full-size washer and dryer are also included.

Your parking passes will be placed on the kitchen counter for easy access when you arrive.

Please note that during the peak summer months this unit only allows Saturday to Saturday bookings.
