Step into this inviting home through the front door and you'll be greeted by a cozy living room with comfortable seating for up to 5. Off of the living space is a charming 4-person dining area, perfect for shared meals and conversations.
Continue through the dining room to discover a well-equipped kitchen offering ample counter space, catering to all your culinary endeavors. Additionally, a compact workspace is provided for when work just won't wait!
The guest bedroom is to the right upon entering the home. Furnished with two twin beds, this room has a door to the hall bathroom. Going further into the home, the primary bedroom is on the right side of the kitchen. Enjoy the comfort of a king-size bed, complemented by a chest of drawers and a walk-in closet conveniently nestled within the primary bathroom. Please note that there is no washer or dryer available at this time.

All spaces are accessible except the small linen closet behind the bathroom door in the primary bathroom.
The kitchen offers pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, bowls, cups, a tea pitcher, measuring cups and spoons, mixing bowls, a drip coffee maker, salt, pepper, tin foil, a baking sheet, and a microwave. There is a vacuum and a mop in the primary closet. Sheets, towels, pillows, and wash cloths are provided during your stay. Enjoy the back patio which features lounging for 2 along with a small table. Smoking is not allowed in the home. There is no ashtray outside, please ensure you dispose of butts in the outdoor garbage after they are fully extinguished. The fire extinguisher is labeled beside the stove. The first aid kit is labeled under the counter in the front bathroom.
Please note there is one doorbell camera beside the front door pointing towards the front yard/parking area. It is active.
You will receive a 'boarding pass' upon confirmation with guidebooks, property specific details, check in / parking instructions and more! You can share this link with anyone in your party for access to the details!
The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.
No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund.
You must be 25 years of age or older in order to book one of our homes.
While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.
Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.
No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.
No illegal substances or activities on the premises.
Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.
If the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs.
Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.
Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.
If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.
