Beautiful property and resort. The whole process was streamlined and efficient. My only complaint as well as many others we talked to, is that the pool and hottub close at sundown during the hottest part of the day. Everything else was aweso.e!!

We understand your feedback regarding the pool and hot tub hours. While we manage the unit itself, the pool operating hours are set by the resort/HOA and are unfortunately outside of our control. For future stays, several of the other resort pools remain open later than this particular pool, giving guests additional options to enjoy the amenities into the evening. We're thrilled that everything else was awesome, and we hope to welcome you back again soon!

Unit 4373 is amazing. Super clean. Wonderful hosts. Has everything you need and more. Great view of the sunrise and sunset! The beds are very comfy and the host is amazing to work with. I highly recommend this….(just not when we want to rent it again lol)

What a fantastic place to stay!

We stayed for just under a week and had a fabulous time. Very clean place, great views, very spacious with more than enough room for our family. I would definitely stay here again!!

The property is perfect if the current renovation was not taking place. We had multiple windows covered for replacement and lost some of the great views. Don't plan on sleeping in, with heavy construction going on outside the condo. We were not told this until the day before our stay. Remember if you book through VRBO all they do is charge you to process the payment. Always look for who manages the property So the listing through VRBO was false and they are not there to assist, it falls on the property management Give it one to two years to complete construction Then it will be a great place to stay

Beautiful view/Very clean

Had a great family vacation with my wife and two teenage daughters. Condo was well equipped and very clean. Views from the 18th floor were beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views of the beach from the balcony. Contacted our host and they responded in a timely manner. No coffee pot in the coffee machine and they brought us a new one to use. Condo was immaculate and the decor was perfect for a beach vacation. Enjoyed our week just relaxing at the beach, shopping, eating out and spending time with friends.

The property was very clean and a great location. The main bedroom did not cool. It stayed hot but besides that it was an awesome condo!

Great!

The condo was very clean and owners responsive and helpful. Beach chairs and umbrella in condo were a very nice touch! We preferred them over the standard condo chairs available to rent.

Wonderful FL trip!

This our second time in Sandestin. The first time we were at Beachside one (in a condo from the same property owner) and this time we were in Beachside 2. The condo was perfect. I was worried about “elevator wait times” since we were on the 18th floor, but we had no issues at all!! Great condo. Loved beachside two (although my kids prefer the pool at beachside one).The location couldn’t be more perfect. Kitchen had everything we needed and the beach chairs were a big plus!

Senior Fall Break

Our condo was clean and as beautiful in person as it was on the web site. The only complaint was the master bed was a little soft for me but I think that’s a personal preference. Kitchen was well stocked. Enjoyed using the beach chairs. Overall we would definitely rent this condo again and appreciate that it was exactly as described on line.
