Your Home away from Home

Enjoy this new Beautiful home designed by my lovely wife with new furnishings. The living room with a 70 inch smart TV and Game Room for all ages. 3 unique bedrooms with a TV in the Master Bedroom with its own private bathroom and walk in closet. Enjoy the comfortable Master Bedroom King sized bed and fall asleep to your favorite TV show. Wake up with a soft glow of light streaming into the room, using the towel warmer after a shower and then having a Latte at the Coffee Station with a Breville machine. Sit in the moody green chair in the morning with just the right amount of natural light streaming in while reading a great book. Set up a comfortable temperature with the Eco-Bee smart thermostat. All the essentials for cooking are provided to make your favorite meals. Smart Lock entry for ease of use and access. Located in a peaceful neighborhood with walkable sidewalks and friendly neighbors. Within 15 minutes to downtown and only 40 minutes from Branson Missouri! Lots of great activities around and within a mile of a beautiful nature walking trail! Recently Remodeled Garage (can still park in the driveway up to two cars). Garage is now a Game room with 3 arcade games, foosball, darts, nice lounge leather couch with a 55" TV to watch your favorite sports and a mini bar with a mini fridge with some bar stools for extra seating. Light up the room with neon blue lights and a type of disco light ball to bounce light around the room.

Beautiful, clean home with everything you need! Our stay was fantastic and the are was great! Owners were responsive and helpful. Did i mention there's a towel warmer and a nespresso? Oh! And you can't beat the game room in the garage! We will be back when we visit our daughter at MSU.

We loved our stay!

We were in town for a multiple day tournament. The house was so clean. The game room amenity was a nice distraction from the tournament "stress". The house is very well appointed. The hosts are generous with supplies. The location was convenient to everywhere we needed to be for the tournament and team dinners. The neighborhood is wonderful. The house would be fun for a girls' weekend getaway. I love the interior designs. I can't say enough! We will definitely be back. The hosts are very nice and accommodating.

The Perfect House for Visiting Family

I stayed here with family. It was perfect for our group. The house is absolutely gorgeous. We were gone for all our meals, so we didn't get to use the kitchen, but it had anything you could possibly need to use and all of it looks brand new. You can't go wrong renting this home. The beds are comfortable and the shower worked great too.

Amazing!

The house was even better in person than it looked in pictures! It was clean, beautifully decorated and spacious! Everything you could possibly need at the home was there and if it wasn’t, they went above and beyond to make sure we had it. They took care of our family better than anyone we have stayed with yet and wish they had more homes all over the country because we would use them over and over again!

The game room was a big hit. So much fun for all. The home is very clean and feels like home rather than a stuffy hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Great location and lovely home.

Great for travel to the airport, easy to get out of town or anywhere in NW Springfield within minutes. The house is wonderful and comfortable. We would love to stay there again.

Perfect Choice

The home was exactly as stated in the listing and even better in person. The neighborhood was very quiet. It was obvious the hosts took great pride in providing a very comfortable and welcoming home. The hosts also did an excellent job providing not only the basic essentials a guest would expect but, in our opinion, put a great deal of thought in providing additional unexpected amenities which were greatly appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
