Terrain de golf maison sur une impasse tranquille. Grands équipements tels qu'une piscine et un terrain de basket. Une cuisine spacieuse et une salle à manger, cette maison sur deux niveaux est parfaite pour les grandes réunions de famille ou les grands amis qui se réunissent!

Équipé d'un générateur de secours qui fonctionnera toute la maison. Désolé, aucun animal et garage n'est pas disponible avec la location de la maison.

Contient une entrée de clavier, facile à utiliser.

Regardez dans la cour arrière pour voir le 15e vert et le 16e T. Situé à 5 minutes des épiceries et des restaurants.

Home away from home!!!

We all really enjoyed staying here! We had lots of space and the neighborhood was quite, great place to relax and enjoy family time together. This is a must book, yo will love it! Great area with plenty of plenty of places to eat nearby.

The house was super cozy and the perfect size for us. It was very clean and had a bunch of stuff ready for us to use. Good location close to the airport and good distance from downtown Springfield. Would recommend!

Girls Family Trip

My sister and two adult nieces spent four nights at this beautiful home located on a golf course. It was quiet, well stocked, clean and had lots of space. It was nice after being out for the day to come back to this home and relax. We will come back again next time we visit our Springfield family.

Extra Extra Read All About it- Haseltine Estates Wedding.

June 17-24 we decided to stay here! A welcoming home in a beautiful neighborhood with picturesque Golf Course landscaping. More importantly, it was in close proximity to our son’s wedding week(end). We felt safe, secure, rested, and check in, check out was a breeze. Comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, sheets, and towels, and blankets. I appreciated pre-planning itineraries which included feedback from prior residents and stay reviews. Definitely would stay again when visiting Springfield, Mo. Thank you for the awesome welcome home snack basket! We never ran out of necessities and the trash pick up was on schedule.

Family get away

This house was perfect for our two families- 2 bedrooms on each side of the house, 2 sitting areas, full dining room, very well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer.... pool and basketball court right beside the house and privacy on the golf course in the back. Owners were VERY thoughtful and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

This was our third time staying here and delightful as always. It was just 3 of us; sometimes we have 4. Each of us has our own bedroom. The property is so close to everything we want to do. The house is immaculate and the owner always easy to work with!

Great Springfield home

Our 4th year staying at this property with our family and friends. Worked perfectly for our group with the layout having 2 bedrooms on each side of the house. In a quiet neighborhood on a cul de sac. Hosts are easy to work with. House feels like home away from home- fully stocked with plenty of towels, games, kid books, kitchen needs, etc highly recommend !

Family wedding

This is a very nice place to stay. I was in town for a wedding. This place had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for my family to stay here with us. Awesome kitchen and plenty of space to sit and visit with each other. I would definitely recommend to everyone. The host was very detailed in her communications and responded very quickly to all my questions.

In town for family member graduation

The property was what we expected from the description. We did not have any major issues. Guests should note there are 3 bathrooms but only 2 hair dryers. We shared dryers but would have packed one if we'd known. Guests should be prepared to walk out in the wet grass to dispose of trash around the back of the garage. The beds were comfortable. The house was very clean. The host's directions were excellent. We would highly recommend this property.

We were in Springfield for a family reunion. My two sisters and hubbies, myself and my husband along with our 98-year-old dad stayed in the house. The house is beautiful, floor treatments are beautiful, and I've never seen flooring with no thresholds at bedroom doorways. It was very helpful for dad. The house is beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and that is also a plus when traveling with dad as we can watch his diet better if we cook. Extra comfy blankets were nice as well.There are some suggestions we have for the future -Master bathtub is unusable as the water sprays to the side out on the floor not in the tub.Instructions on how to use the Master shower would be helpful as well as a safety bar.Ice Maker on the fridge doesn't work and the filter needs to be replaced. Understand there was a bag of ice and an ice maker on the counter, but some kind of communication would have been helpful.The dishwasher dispenser does not work. Low on Cascade - only enough for 2 loads and no pods were in the pantry. The rinse agent area was gunked up with something and there was no rinse agent stocked.12-cup coffee pot in the pantry still had old coffee grounds in it.Sprayer on the kitchen faucet does not seat-upStool seats in all but the Master move and need to be tightened.WIFI information in the book was incorrect. Should be noted that it should be all lower-case.Only a few drawers and shelves available for clothing.Guest Book would be nice

We are sorry you were disappointed with your stay. Communication was sent prior to your arrival on how to navigate the shower. This message also communicated the ice maker. We are not required to provide a bar in the shower only a bench to satisfy needs. WiFi password was sent to you along with the code for the door. We realize lengthy messages were sent but all must be read to fully understand the home. I will inform my cleaners about the other comments. It doesn’t sound like our home is a good fit for your family. Thank you!

I booked this house for me, husband, parents, son & his fiancé for other son’s wedding. We came from out of state. I carefully selected this house for its location. I considered it the right side of town for getting to Sparrow Lane wedding venue north of Willard. It is also 1/2 mile from KOA campground where other family members stayed for wedding. And we could easily get all over Springfield for groceries, restaurants, shopping, dining, church, & other wedding related activities. Other key points I chose this for:4 bedrooms (3 with queen bed, 1 with king bed)3 full bathrooms Ample living room & dining spaceBig kitchen We needed, used, & appreciated all of the above. I absolutely felt satisfied with selecting & sharing this with family. I do recommend this house. One point of concern: This is clearly not handicapped accessible but also somewhat challenging for elderly. My mom has some balance & strength issues, so she uses a cane, avoids stairs, & uses/holds on to all railings & grab/stability bars. The front door of this home is the only entrance & it has several steps with no hand rails. The bathrooms lack any extra stability. I still chose it & it worked. Just calling it out for anyone that might wonder.
