The space
There is a minimum 24 hours between bookings.

Levels include
-loft (sofa and bunk bed);
-main floor (full bathroom, bedroom with queen bed, living room, and kitchen), and
-ground floor, which is counted as a second bedroom (full bathroom, laundry, and a room with TV and sleeper sofa). The main floor is separated from the ground floor by the ceiling and not an actual door.

A/C
We do not have central air. We have two window air conditioners (one in the living room, and one in the bedroom), a ceiling fan in the loft, and a relatively large floor fan.

No housekeeping during stay. We do not provide wood for fireplace.

We do not have lake access or a boat dock. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO PARK A BOAT TRAILER IN THE ROMAN RIDGE COMMUNITY.
