The home was exceptionally clean and located in a quiet, peaceful area while still being just a short and convenient distance from the heart of Bandera, with easy access to the shops, bars, restaurants, and entertainment. We could hear some of the music and activity from outside on the weekend evening, which was actually a nice reminder of how close we were to everything, but the home itself remained quiet and peaceful inside. It was a great balance of convenience and tranquility!

House is spotless, walking distance to anything in Bandera but far enough from bars that there was no noise at night. Amazing night sky. It's our second visit to this property, and it was immaculate as always.

We had a small group of motorcycle riders in the Texas Hill Country for a few days. "A Place on Pecan in Bandera" was ideal ... very good location close to the best roads in Texas and centered in Bandera for restaurants and night life. We used the fire pit every night - great for watching the sunset and having a nightcap.

Short stay after a conference San Antonio

It was nice. We wanted to go golfing a few days. The local Flying J golf course. Also took a trip to Fredericksburg, nice.

fun town

Located close enough to downtown to walk to 11th Street bar to our concert for Stoney LaRue. Also stones throw to very cool little museum. Quiet neighborhood.
