The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher. Other amenities include satellite TV, Wi-Fi, washer, and dryer. A fireplace, spa, and authentic Finnish sauna are also key features of this cozy chalet!

Guest Access:
The chalet, spa, and sauna are exclusively for registered guests. On the ground floor, you`ll find a large contemporary living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen ideal for cooking or socializing, a master bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom, along with a single sofa bed, a splendid solarium with a large dining table and lounge area, and a pool table.

IMPORTANT: This high-end chalet in contemporary style, with carefully furnished large bay windows offering ample natural light (south-facing), is perfect for family reunions, relaxing weekends with friends, and ski getaways. It is not suitable for graduation parties or large gatherings. We strictly enforce the number of guests as per the rental agreement and ask tenants to respect neighborhood tranquility after 10 p.m., under penalty of fines.

Other Important Notes:

All guests must fill out a pre-check-in form via `EnsoConnect` for our online guest guide, sent upon booking confirmation.
Verification requires contact information, valid ID, and authorization for an $800 security deposit hold.
The $800 security deposit is frozen and released 7 days after departure, pending no property damage.
Additional Points:

From the 6th guest onwards, an additional charge of $50/person per night applies.
Excessive noise is prohibited indoors and outdoors.
Smoking inside the chalet is strictly prohibited (with a $250 fine).
Pets are only allowed inside the chalet and immediate surroundings; not in shared areas.
Check-in is after 4 p.m., and check-out is before 11 a.m.
The chalet is located 50 minutes from Montreal and nearby ski resorts: Morin-Heights (10 min.), Saint-Sauveur (20 min.), Olympia Summit (25 min.).
