Bel endroit pour construire une expérience mémorable. Il est où vous voulez qu'il soit! Calvert Co. Est entourée sur le côté Est de la baie Chesapeke et à l'ouest par la rivière Patuxent.

A enrouler autour porche salue tous ceux qui visitent et puis vous apprécierez les moulures d'origine, de hauts plafonds, portes fenêtres et le charme Notre Cottage offre. Profitez-en et vous divertir dans la cuisine récemment rénové avec un plafond élevé, de nouvelles armoires de Nantucket et de comptoirs de granit. Une promenade dans cellier / buanderie jouxte la cuisine. Et un pont arrière est parfait pour vos réunions ou tout simplement pour profiter d'un bon livre. Beautifully kept home. Everything you could ever want to feel like a home away from home!!!

I'd recommend this property everyday of the week! Such an easy walk to the boardwalk and little beach. Stores and restaurants are super close!!!

Family Beach Getaway

This beach cottage was just what our family, pup included, needed for a long weekend getaway! The furnishings were nice and comfortable. We discovered the beach toys on the second day and my son loved being able to build a sand castle. There were a few minor things that would have made the stay even better: the back sliding door was very difficult to open/close and there was no soap for the dishwasher.

Sweet House Great Location

Home was as cute in person as in pictures. We had everything we needed including beach pass, floats and chairs. Easily walkable to boardwalk, beach and restaurants. Norma communicated well and took care of our concerns immediately. We loved sitting on the front and back porch. We spent a month here and loved North Beach.

Wonderful property.

Lovely location, 10 mins walk to the Beach. Well equipped throughout, with seating outside in the Garden, and on the Varanda. Will be back.

Discovering North Beach

Our family enjoyed this beautiful home in North Beach. It was a post Christmas getaway and we enjoyed discovering North Beach. Home was beautifully decorated and everything very comfortable. Owner is a delight!

House was everything it claimed to be. Very cute, comfortable and walking distance to beach.

We were visiting DC and also wanted to visit the beach. This house was perfect for our group of 6. We visited the beach, fished a bit, and ate at local restaurants. The ownerwas very helpful and provided lots of good inside information. Would recommend.

Highly recommend this lovely home.

The house was very nice & comfortable, could not have been happier. the beds were very comfortable, the house was very clean and well equipped with anything needed for living and beach. Deck/porch very enjoyable for relaxing. We met Norma when she dropped off some nice snacks for us. If ever in the are again, would stay here! Thank you NORMA, very lovely place.

North Beachwalk Cottage

Great place. Love NorthBeach. My son and his family live nearby making it convenient when we visit. It is a great vibe. The house is less than 5 mins from the beginning of boardwalk.The house was spacious ,clean and comfortable. Beautiful decor but not fancy just cozy

Great location!

Very good location and we loved the front porch. We didn't like the ants, some spray would be helpful. The steps are very steep and the upstairs landing is small. A larger TV would be nice too.

Lovely Cottage by the Bay!

We had a great time at Norma's cottage. Charming, comfortable house with plenty of room for our family of four and even a fenced in backyard for our dog. Easy walk to the boardwalk, beach, and great restaurants. Great front porch for a cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening. Very friendly neighborhood. Easy drive from DC area. Would return :)

Thanksgiving long weekend

The house is even better than represented in the pictures. We love the place. We were blessed by the weather, and we had 3 magnificent sunny days. The house is fully furnished and cozy in all details. We find the kitchen table set for dinner together with much other sign of attention to detail. The host is fantastic.

A special time in a sweet cottage

We enjoyed our time at the cottage for its proximity to safe and lovely walking areas. The facilities worked well for us though the stairs called for extra caution because they are older and not very deep. The last step before the landing is difficult to see. The several reading areas were absolutely charming!

Wonderful Stay at Charming Property

Our stay here was great! The house is so neat. The front porch is great for relaxing. The two couches in the living room are very comfortable for naps. There are tons of extra blankets and all the beds are comfortable. The downstairs tub is nice and deep. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes and glasses and all. The property owner was very sweet. I contacted her to let her know that we would be arriving on the red eye and she asked that we let her know when we arrived so she would know we were safe. The property is close to a pond with huge Koi fish, walking distance to North Beach, and a really good coffee shop and fun antique store. Definitely would recommend this property. It has a small community feel but also close enough to town that you can Instacart or Doordash from plenty of stores.

Mid-September getaway

The cottage was clean and I liked the location/neighborhood. The kitchen was above average and well-equipped. The backyard was - to me - a pleasant surprise. The overall space was larger than I was anticipating Things that could have been better: Replacing the many light bulbs that were out. The TV is...just being honest...absolutely absurd for the year 2023. Any prospective renter who wants to watch sports or any kind of show in which picture quality is of even the smallest importance should be aware, this place is probably not for you.

Great Location

Great location for enjoying North Beach. Could easily walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The house is charming but could use some maintenance (peeling paint, etc) and the A/C is pretty uneven. The kitchen is stocked, but you may need to bring items if you like to cook (there was only one mixing bowl, for example). The host was very slow to respond to questions and I gave up after taking over a week to get answers to two basic ones. It does not have a grill, though there is one pictured. The sound on the small TV is terrible, so it was difficult to try and watch DVDs we brought. Overall, it was fine for a weekend.

Emotional Homecoming

We returned to Md. to bury my dad. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we needed to find a place to stay for the week. This house was perfect! After the services, we had a little over an hour before the graveside services and the house was just a block from the church, so we all had time to gather and talk. It worked out perfectly!

House was as listed. Loved the wrap around front porch and spent most of my time out there. Only a few blocks away from the beach, but did have to lug our stuff there which was a bit annoying. Realized on the last day that the owner provides a cart to make it easier:). The owner really did think of everything from Beach chairs to a legit beachy decor to get us in the mood. All in all was a great stay. My only complaints are that the bathroom doors did not lock and front door was also tricky to lock. There was also an ant problem, mostly in the kitchen but also throughout the house. Owner was also not the easiest to reach via email but to be fair she did leave her phone number which I never tried to call.

Cute house by the Bay

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute little house with a beautiful front porch close by the beach on Chesapeake Bay . We spent most of our time on the front porch and back deck but the one afternoon when we had a shower the living room was great for games. Everything was perfect and within walking distance of north beach shops and the swimming beach. Would love to stay here again.
