Condo location was great!! Met wonderful people at the pool and with West World and grocery store within walking distance was fantastic!! Street facing but was nice and quiet. We are not fussy people but could have been cleaner, I vacuumed daily and the dirt was never ending. Lamps, baseboards and cupboards not the cleanest. Beds very nice and comfortable though. Lots of issues with the electrical, breakers going all the time, losing power to the whole place numerous times. We were concerned with a fire hazard because of this. Sam was easy to get ahold of, the Condo Management Company was helpful when we got a hold of them but the handyman that came didn’t understand English possibly and there was a miscommunication. He spent a few minutes looking at breakers then said he would send an electrician. I spent half of the last day of our vacation waiting for an electrician who never showed. Then when we spoke with Management Company she was unaware there was to be an electrician and had be told by handyman all was ok. The complex is very nice and the condo has tons of potential but I would not call it a luxury condo. All in all we did enjoy our time there the weather good and the location great .
The guests could have been cleaner. This is true even though I gave the guests 5 stars for cleanliness. The guests or tenants are from northern states and they spend most of the time locally and in the unit, the weather was excellent despite the fact it was winter and they kept the patio door always open. In Arizona because of the dessert location dust is always an issue since the patio door was open all the time no wonder that the tenant have to vacuum every day to clean the dust.unfortunately we had an electrical issue that was fixed with the electrical circuit breakers and my management company responded promptly but some time it takes a time to diagnose and find the root cause of problem to get it fixed and this is exactly what happened in this case. It took 2 days to diagnose and fix the problem. Also, the guests checked in the same day of the checkout of previous guest and therefore it was challenging to turnaround the unit and clean it in time.The rating of the guests should be at least 3 stars given the fact that they enjoyed the stay and the luxury amenities associated with the unit such as two water heated swimming pools.

The tan carpet was recently cleaned as there are humps throughout as too much water was used and the carpet wouldn't return to it's installed shape. The cleaning was ineffective as the black stain from foot traffic is clearly visible from the entry door to each room. We removed our shoes at the door to assure that we didn't add to the grime
In the living room there are four lamps and only one worked.
The large sofa has a fabric cut on the front of the arm and looks shabby as well as the back corner that was recently torn open and replaced. The two counter chairs are shedding the black paint from the leather seats onto the carpet There was no furnace filter installed on the furnace. Ants arrived on the third day.
The refrigerator suddenly stopped cooling and rose about 15 degrees and we had made no adjustment of the control. This required all freezer items to be removed while the refrigerator was turned off, and a hair dryer used to melt the ice buildup behind the back panel. Needed two more times.
Bedrooms - The king size beds:
They were without any mattress pads on top of the plastic mattress cover so it was like sleeping on a plastic slab. The second bedroom bed had only a twin sized quilt that wouldn't cover the king sized bed. Trash was under and around the beds and night stands.
The closets were in disarray and I had to move many boxes and four extra chairs to get hanger space in both closets.
The master bath room had a broken toilet seat in place making it appear that it was attached. I bought and replaced it. Both shower faucets are corroded and only dispense half of the water.
There was an ironing board but no iron, I bought an iron
The dryer had no start start knob. Replaced after three attempts.

Outside of the entry door the floor was covered with accumulated dirt and trash.
Redfield Road is the view from your small deck, and this street has a large volume of noisy traffic
In summary your advertisement is a classic bait and switch. Your property photo shows a pool side condo at ground level and the reality is just the opposite, a roadside condo at the second level with 17 steep steps that badly needs cleaning and improvements.
This owner apparently lives in Switzerland.
This guest review contradicts previous guest review that checked-out one week earlier, therefore it is up to (the future prospective guests) to decide which review to trust. and the property is as advertised what you see is what you get.
The carpet was not cleaned before he came because we did not have time, the guest before him left at 11:00AM and Ev checked in at 7:00PM, on the same day. This was explained to him and he seemed fine with it. The two table lamps work, the two floor lamps, one of them works the other needs a bulb. I told him (the property management rep.) I will get you one, his response was “it only a bulb I can get one.” the back corner tear of the sofa was always been there for as long as we managed it. You can’t see it unless you move the sofa, which they (he and his wife) did to the other side of the room. It is not paint, it leather that has aged. There was filter installed. We had our maintenance guy out 2 days after they moved in to replace the one that was there. The guest response (he should have completed his sentence). Ev the guest says “and I sprayed RAID that was in the kitchen and they have not reappeared”. when he called we sent our guy out and he did all that was just explained, nothing was said about it going up 10 degrees, he said he liked it colder than it was, we called a fridge repair guy to set an appointment Ev called the next day and said it was working, that we can cancel the appointment. I said let’s wait one or two days and see what happens. He called on Friday and said it was still working so we canceled the appointment. There was no trash around the beds. There was a tissue behind the night stand that was missed. There is no way to vacuum under the beds being so low and heavy to move. The boxes are 5 or maybe 6 stacked in the master closet all the way to the back, not sure how this bother anyone from hanging clothes. In the second bedroom was extra chairs that stacked together with a vacuum. Toilet seat was not broken when they moved in. we send a maintenance man promptly and the dryer knob was fixed and works fine now.
The condo is a second floor, and the steps have hand rails and not steep. Owner response: it could be due to strong winds leaves from the adjacent tree fall and accumulate at the door entrance. These are not dirt or trash. Redfield road has no large traffic volume and is relatively a quiet street.
I totally reject this guest statements. The property photo is showing the swimming pool entrance.
The condo was clean and had good beds. The location was very good for our needs, close to our son and grandkids. Very quite husband made use of the fitness center no time for anything else.
Comfortable, well located for getting to attractions, what we wanted to do.
The unit was comfortable, parking place was as indicated, supplies in the unit were fine. Washer and dryer in the unit are a plus. There were some things that were not in working order: the screen door to the patio would not close, the bedside lamp would not work in spite of a new bulb. The biggest problem was that the owner, when contacted a week before we were due, would not give details on how to get in, etc. When he did give that information the day before, he included the need for us as renters to get in touch with the insurance company and get a $79 property protection policy. We had paid HomeAway but now we are told only the renter could get the insurance, directly. BUT, they did not work on a Saturday so we had to wait until Monday. On Monday we learned we could not get the insurance because you have to get it before you are in the unit. Neither HomeAway nor the owner dealt with this using correct information. We have paid HomeAway $79 for this insurance, so we are owed that money. And the owner needs to deal with renters in a more timely way. We would not go through renting from him again, given all the time and lack of accurate information on this matter we went through.
I hope the guest will raise the rating from three stars to four stars. The reason behind this confusion is an error on behalf of the guests whom made a mistake during the reservation and paid in lieu of the property damage protection ($79.00) an amount of $4000.00 that the owner refunded immediately, then the owner requested the $79.00 property damage protection which was paid by the guests but unfortunately was not processed through the insurance company. I thank the guests for their efforts to contact the insurance company and hopefully things will go smoother next time.
