Please note that we require all guests to sign a liability waiver to stay in the home. This is a requirement of our insurance provider.



★ Does the property have a private pool or spa? ★

There is no private pool at the home, but guests have access to the community pool and jacuzzi within Indian Palms Country Club & Resort, about a five-minute walk away and available exclusively to guests staying in the community. Hours are 7:00am to 10:00pm Sunday to Thursday and 7:00am to 11:00pm Friday and Saturday - the HOA can adjust these, so please check the times posted during your stay.



★ What are the additional fees? ★

Pets are $150 per animal. Resort access, including the community pool and jacuzzi, is included at no extra charge.



★ What is the parking situation? ★

There is parking for up to four vehicles. The HOA prohibits street parking, and violations risk a fine of $200 or more as well as towing, which guests are liable for.



★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★

Yes - pets are welcome for a $150 fee per animal. We kindly ask that they are kept off the beds and sofas. If pet hair is found on a bed, an additional cleaning fee applies per bed.



★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★

Yes - community quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.



★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★

We are no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you would like extra time at the start or end of your stay, please book the night before or the night after - that way the home is yours for the whole day and there is no rush at either end.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We require contact details for all adults staying at the property.



★ Is this a good property for events or celebrations? ★

No. Indian Palms Country Club is a residential gated community and parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay will love the home and the neighbourhood.



★ What supplies are provided? ★

We provide roughly a week's worth of essentials to get you started - toiletries, paper goods and basic cleaning supplies. For longer stays, or if you get through them sooner, you're welcome to top up with whatever you prefer.



Please keep the pool key/fob in a safe place and return it to its designated location before check-out. Lost or unreturned keys/fobs are subject to a $250-$300 replacement fee.
