Please keep the pool key/fob in a safe place and return it to its designated location before check-out. Lost or unreturned pool keys/fobs are subject to a $250–$300 replacement fee.



Resort pool and spa access is included for community guests. Pool heating is $50/day (spa heating is free; allow up to 24 hours to warm).



Pets are welcome for $150 per animal; keep them off beds and sofas (a per-bed fine applies if pet hair is found).



The HOA prohibits street parking, max 4 vehicles; violations risk a $200+ fine and towing.



Quiet hours 10pm to 8am.



Early check-in or late check-out (up to 2 hours) available for $75, subject to availability
