With views extending from the living room to the furnished deck, you'll be treated to breathtaking vistas no matter where you choose to unwind. A private sauna offers a luxurious touch of comfort between adventures. Main Street Park City is within walking distance of the home and you'll have access to a complimentary private car service to/from the lifts. A private sledding hill next to the home offers even more wintertime fun, with sleds provided as well.

A gas fireplace provides a cozy centerpiece for family gatherings in the living area and expansive windows allow for strong natural lighting throughout the day. Stainless steel kitchen appliances are equipped to inspire home cooking and there's even a dedicated beverage fridge for happy hour convenience. A gas grill is provided for mountain-style barbecues. Each bedroom is equipped with dedicated desk space for school study or work-from-home use and a smart TV for flexible entertainment. Free WiFi and a private washer/dryer complete the home essentials.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
